Governor Gregoire and the liberal democrats are threatening to cut off funding to Attorney General Rob McKenna to pursue his fight against an unconstitutional federal mandate that requires Americans to purchase health care insurance. If they succeed, we need to immediately start and donate to our own fund to help him continue the battle. I am no lawyer, and I understand this election is conducted under a different set of RCW, but how does a publicly funded entity exempt the physically disabled from voting?
