Updated: Most Ethical Congress Ever?

As I recall, Speaker Pelosi assured us that hers would be the "most ethical congress evah!"

Why then is she so unwilling to be associated with her past? Here the Washington Post provides more information that shows Speaker Pelosi knew full well the waterboarding program, which she recently denied.

If this was such a terrible abuse of human rights that Bush era lawyers who advised the program should be disbarred, what then should be the fate of Madam Speaker who approved of this program either tacitly or explicitly?

Update:
Crickets chirping? Democrat overreach strikes again. Pres. Obama probably regrets opening this can of worms.

Quote of The Month Comes from "Legal Insurrection" at the HotAir Blog.

"Democrats vs. national security. Democrats vs. CIA. Democrats vs. Democrats. This is an investigation only Democrats could dream up, and Republicans can get behind."

Update 2:
This is blowing up on Pelosi big time. And this is what she and the Democrats and their Media sycophants deserve. They love to play the double standard game all day long. So it's only fitting that they are now getting some blowback.

The bottom line, is that there is no such thing as an Ethical Congress. And especially not one run by Democrats.

1. I understand that she water boarded Rick Larsen to get him to vote on the Stimulous package fraud! Now they are going to use a cattle prod to get him to vote for the Al Gore Cap and Tax swindle! Wow!
