In what can only be described as a MAJOR CRISIS, Chris Quagmire has put the State of Washington in a severe economic crisis, the worst in its history. After having raised spending by more than 33% in just a few years, the state's new revenue forecasts show that the state cannot afford that spending. The Dino Rossi campaign is now consulting with financial and economic advisors to begin planning to try and deal with the problems after the first of the year...IF AND ONLY IF, Dino Rossi is elected. The State's financial ratings are at stake WHICH COULD HAVE DIRE CONSEQUENCES FOR BOND RATINGS AND COSTS IN THE FUTURE. This problem has nothing to do with what is currently happening on Wall Street.

DID THE ASSOCIATED PRESS HACK INTO PALIN'S YAHOO E-MAIL ACCOUNT?

The so-called AP, known as the leftwing pro-Democratic Party press agency, has been accused of being behind an ILLEGAL ACT, i.e. the hacking of Sarah Palin's Yahoo e-mail accounts. The Secret Service has asked the Associated Press to turn over the e-mail's it got as a result of the violation of Federal Law AND HAS REFUSED. That set off speculation that the AP has a number of reasons not to cooperate with an investigation!
For those of you unfamiliar with WIRE SERVICES, the AP emerged several decades ago as the winner in a battle with United Press International as the leading wire service for many of the nation's newspapers and radio/TV stations. Its slide into the political world of LEFT-WINGISM began in the 90's and has reached the point where many refuse to read biased and politically tainted story after bogus story from the Associated Press. DOES WAMU HAVE TOO MUCH MARGINAL MORTGAGE PAPER?

There was a strange silence after yesterday's attempt to sell off one of the largest Mortgage lenders in the nation. No word from anyone leaves some sideline observers wondering: What in the heck is wrong? The latest I could find out is that some of the potential buyers did not like the financial ratios on WAMU's books. It was not generally known how much of the sub prime mortgage loan business WAMU bought into or how many of those loans it brokered maybe at risk and as a result a blowback guarantee problem for the thrift. (When WAMU sold some of those mortgage loans they went with a non-performing guarantee that could have far reaching consequences for those loans if a large number of them are non-performing. Meaning WAMU would have to pay back those folks who bought those loans!).

EDMONDS SCHOOLS DISTRICT GONE COMPLETELY NUTS?
What would you say if a school lunch room denied a hot lunch to students whose parents owed the school more than $10 in lunch fees by taking the tray away from the student and simply dumping the perfectly good HOT food in a garbage can and then handing the poor student a COLD cheese sandwich and then denying them any milk?
Would you applaud this decision by Superintendent Nick Brossoit of Edmonds or would you want the idiot fired for being stupid? Well, apparently at first Nick decided to reverse himself and let those students have the milk with the cold sandwich. Then he decided to let the students go ahead and eat the HOT lunch, but only AFTER A WAVE OF OUTRAGED PARENTS COMPLAINED THIS WEEK!
