Race IS a "factor." But the factor is this: OhDrama will get almost 100% of the black vote. Why?
Because even though he's half white, he looks (and thinks) all black. Is that almost 100% black support as racist and bigoted as those who may oppose him for the same reason?
Of course it is. Voting for or against someone because of the color of his skin is equally racist and bigoted... yet, we never see the other side of that coin in the MSM, do we?
I, personally, don't give a damn if this clown is turquoise.
The only thing he's got going for him personally is that he's slick. But his lack of substance shines like a beacon of hope... hope that we will not be taken in by the casket salesman that makes you think you NEEEEED the bronze handles.

Cafferty: Obama: Race a factor?
Posted: 01:59 PM ET
From CNN's Jack Cafferty
Will race be the factor that keeps Obama from the White House?Race is arguably the biggest issue in this election, and it's one that nobody's talking about.
The differences between Barack Obama and John McCain couldn't be more well-defined. Obama wants to change Washington. McCain is a part of Washington and a part of the Bush legacy. Yet the polls remain close. Doesn't make sense...unless it's race.
Time magazine's Michael Grunwald says race is the elephant in the room. He says Barack Obama needs to tread lightly as he fights back against the McCain-Palin campaign attacks.

Sebelius: Obama's race 'may be a factor'
By John Deeth 9/16/08 8:31 PM
IOWA CITY -- Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius publicly considered the possibility that Sen. Barack Obama's race might be a factor in this year's presidential election during an appearance here Tuesday.
"Have any of you noticed that Barack Obama is part African-American?" Sebelius asked in response to a question about why the election is so close. "That may be a factor. All the code language, all that doesn't show up in the polls. And that may be a factor for some people."
The remark, delivered in the governor's low key, folksy, out-from-behind-the-podium style, raised a couple chuckles but few eyebrows in the downtown Iowa City crowd, but Republicans took offense and responded in short order.

Let me tell you what *I* notice: I notice the leftists are looking for ANY excuse to explain why Empty Suit is having problems. It was a matter of time until the race card was going play; and that time is now.
What we REALLY notice is that Empty Suit doesn't have a clue or a plan. And there's no excuse for that.

and then you say:

Pathetic. Truly pathetic. Stop with this whining about victimization, pal. No one's buying what you're selling, especially about being "colorblind".
And in terms of an "Empty Suit", I think that I'm going to start calling McCain the "Card Table". He's folding like anyone's business in these new polls. Now that people are realizing that his VP pick was an insane and irresponsible move, the more rational independents are moving back to the Obama side.
