Help!

My computer crashed so I took it into my wizards who said I had corrupted something or another and in fixing that I lost everything. I've pretty much gotten it back together ...but now for some reason I cannot post here at Sound Politics... not in a comment window, now in the permalink window. the comment window opens but with that horrible ugly 'Error on page' warning and icon in the bottom left corner. Clearly something somewhere has changed in my settings ... but WHAT?... any ideas?

Also, when I was able to comment, the name and addy box remembered stuf... now it doesn't.

As I mentioned, HELP... please!

1. Well... too weird... it will work... then it WON'T... they put AVG 7.5.519 on my computer... is there a setting I should check?

2. I was having issues with not opening the comment section and I could only open the "rest of the story" click and get to comments. Then I discovered permalink which got me to the comments on other sections.

Microsoft had updates last week that are still screwing with our office programs at work.

Tried a RESTORE to an old setpoint?

4. Well, I dragged my computer back down to the wizards today and they have no clue why I can get in only sometimes... I quess we'll just see
