Will Obama be Indicted?

A slowly developing story about Obama's erstwhile "friend" Rezko, and Illinois corruption is now apparently spreading to Illinois Gov. Blagojevich who could face indictment. Can Obama be caught up in this? Will he be indicted?

From the Chicago Sun Times:

Antoin ''Tony'' Rezko, a major campaign fundraiser for Blagojevich and Sen. Barack Obama who is facing a federal fraud trial next month, was jailed Jan. 28 after prosecutors said a $3.5 million payment from Auchi, a London-based Iraqi, showed he had access to overseas money that could enable him to flee.

1. It certainly would be apropos since Obama won his election after the R dropped from the race very near the election.
