I feel sorry for you folks up in King County who are being strong armed in to all-mail-balloting. Especially when King County Executive Ron Sims lied and said that he had a plan in place for all-mail-balloting. Come to find out he didn't have a plan, and now King County is still trying to figure out how to implement a system that will leave voting less secure, less open, and more costly.

Fortunately down here in Pierce County, we still have some leadership with sanity. Today, the Pierce County Council unanimously voted in favor of a resolution to oppose the Legislature's all-mail-balloting bill.
