Boy, was I off: New Hampshire predictions

So I was pretty off on the Democrats' side of things. I am honestly surprised that not only did Obama not win, but that Hillary beat Obama by about three percent. Talk about a shocker.

On the GOP side, McCain finished first with 37.19% of the vote (96.01% of precincts reporting), Romney with 31.62%, and Huckabee in third with 11.16% of the vote. I closely predicted the placements of the GOP candidates, so that wasn't so bad. Gov. Huckabee finishing third was expected and just fine. New Hampshire is definitely a weird state.

You can see the entire results here: http://www.politico.com/nhprimaries/nhmap-popup.html

Gosh...who saw the whole thing with the Democrats coming? EDIT: Don Ward did...he predicted that everyone's predictions were probably wrong. :)

1. Cydney, all the last week leading up to NH from Iowa, people have been telling me Obama would win, and I've quite calmly replied, nope, Hillary is still going to win. "But look at the NH polls!" I replied even if they are right, which I doubt, it won't matter. Hillary will win.

I've been right about most things so far. :D

But not about Thompson doing well. :(
