Political Discourse has not failed

I believe the thread that caused me to start this blog entry has died as most of the threads we see, do after various periods of time, and that the subject is too important to all Americans.

Background-----
On 3 Apr 2007, Jim Miller wrote a thread titled "Guerillas Usually Lose" on the main Sound Politics Menu.
On 4 Apr 2007, I responsed to comment #40 in comment #47 by stating;

47. "40. I'll lay responsibility for the defeat in Vietnam squarely where it belongs"

With Jane Fonda, Ramsey Clark, John Kerry and the rest of the American leftist terrorist supporters including the Democrat political leaders.

The same American leftist terrorist supporters and Democrat political leaders who are attempting to defeat America in Iraq.

Comment 48
then comes in with a long list of reasons why America is always wrong.
The last paragraph reads: "
But the United States of America lost Vietnam. No amount of historical revisionism and second-guessing and armchair military strategy will change the reality. "
My comment reads; 49. Americans supporting those whom their own nation is fighting defeated the US in Vietnam and nothing will change that. "

Comment 50 reads; "50. pagar's post demonstrates why the political discourse in this country has failed.

politics should be all about money at this stage, b/c there is a paucity and bankruptcy associated with most of the political dialogue."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Jane Fonda posting on a AAA weapon somewhere in enemy territory and telling the enemy how happy she is to be there; is not political discourse. Jane Fonda encouraged the North Vietnamese and Viet Cong to kill Americans.

John Kerry convening a Winter Soldier charade, many of whom turned out to be not soldiers, or soldiers who did not, could not have done the things, witnessed the things they said they did(because they weren't in Vietnam or weren't in places they said they were) encouraged the NVA and VC to kill American soldiers.

John Kerry's speech in front of the Senate Subcommittee on Foreign Relations, 22 Apr 1971, where he admitts meeting with the enemy encouraged not only the killing of Americans, but the killing of anyone who the enemy wanted to kill, because they knew at that point John Kerry and the Democrats in Congress had turned their back on anyone who supported the US.

Jane Fonda, John Kerry and many others violated our Constitution Art III Section III. They were not engaged in political discourse, they were engaged in treason.

Today, in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and other countries, plus America, we see the same pattern, some Americans are not engaged in political discourse. They are engaged in activities which offer aid and comfort to our enemies

58,000 plus of the airmen, Marines, sailors and Soldiers, many that I served in Vietnam with, have their names written in blood on the Vietnam War, because they believed in freedom, political discourse included. They believed so strongly they were willing to die for it. We have seen the same in our country since the beginning of this great Nation. We are seeing the same in Afghanistan, Iraq and other places where today Americans are adding their name in blood to our country's list of those brave Americans willing to die so the rest of us have our freedom including political discourse.

In summary, I did not cause political discourse in this country to fail, but there are Americans in our country today who would be very happy to see political discourse fail.

1. Amen Pager, the Left will lay down and raise the white flag, and lose any war for their power hungry money grabbing socialism.

The Right will win these battles, despite the left.....

Thanks for all your service, your sacrifice for this country has never nor will ever be forgotten by the right.
