Read this article about whiner and Centennial Olympic bomber Eric Rudolph.
Rudolph appears to be confused. That Supermax is a miserable hell which will inflict maximum psychological damage for the rest of his life, is the whole point. Even our less secure state prisons, where people are housed for much lesser crimes, should be much less desirable places than they are now. If criminals make a connection between almost certain severe punishment and the crimes they commit, there would be a lot less crime.
I'm glad Rudolph wrote these letters to tell the world how much he is suffering. I say, good, serves him right.

Nothing he's done can be construed as rebelling against government. A clinic isn't government, as is the Olympics. Society yes, government no.
Supermax is a good place for him. That is of course, if he never leaves. Death is to good a treatment. If he has a problem with the place, he should have thought about that before he lit-off multiple bombs with the intention of killing others.
TrueSoldier brings up a good point. Isn't ironic that we treat the remorseless killers in Gitmo better than Supermax residents. We should at least get Gitmo to the Supermax standard. At least adios the Halal meals.
