Liberalism - It's Not just a Religion - It's a Death Cult

[Note by Author: Recently discovered, disintegrating and secreted in a long-forgotten Citibank vault, the remnants of an ancient copy of the Gospel of Judas were scholarly transcribed and published by National Geographic to much fascination and acclaim. Not highly publicized though, and heretofore kept successfully under wraps, a second cryptic tome was recently uncovered, incredibly, in the bedroom closet of a certain Chappaqua, New York mansion. Now, in conjunction with scholarship from the Columbia School of Liberal Theological Studies, this nearly-complete, most amazingly prophetic text is transcribed - making it accessible to the yearning masses for the first time..]

Liberalism - Creating Nirvana on Earth
The Cult of Good Intentions

The Impure Masses:
The VICTIMS (e.g. the proletariat, alien invaders, darker-pigmented people, "working families", the "homeless", underachievers, the diversely-endowed, "unequal" people, downtrodden criminals, the "little guy", the emotionally challenged, the permanently offended, ...)

The VILLAINS (e.g. the bourgeois, capitalistic entrepreneurs, the risky innovators, victorious soldiers, farmers and landowners, profitable manufacturers, the freely religious, the liberator, the strong, the self-sustained, the "free", ...)

The Divinely Ordained
The SAVIORS (e.g. the self-anointed elitist, union mafiosi, grievance-group crusaders, beautiful politicians, the Ossified Media, uber-smart academicians, brainy bureaucrats, pious regulators, ...)

The Ten Directives
I. Thou shalt have no other Saviors before Us (thy Saviors)
II. Thou shalt not injure the Faith by questioning one's Saviors
III. Thou shalt hold thy victimhood high, and exploit its infinite benefits
IV. Thou shalt not demonstrate strength lest others feel threatened
V. Thou shalt maximize thy weakness and remain at all times non-judgmental
VI. Thou shalt not lie, steal, slander, or discriminate - except when fighting against the evils of infidels (The Villains)
VII. Thou shalt not desecrate Mommy Earth with individual freedom or liberty
VIII. Thou shalt not have any individual desire nor identity except as granted to thee by thy community, or by thy Saviors
IX. Thou shalt reduce the human population wherever possible
X. Thou shalt never allow thyself or others to achieve anything unequal, lest desecrating the holiness of equality

The Catechism of the Faith of Liberalism

The Liberal Faith:
Victimhood is a virtuous status and a goal unto itself, and should be exalted
Blame should be shifted whenever possible to the real Villains
Profits can only be attained by some form of evil by Villains
All cultures are equally virtuous - except for the hegemonic culture of Villains
All human behavior is virtuous - except for that of the Villains
Responsibility by individual Victims is a form of evil, thus anyone coveting it, becomes himself a Villain
Judging the actions of others is forbidden; lest the Victims be judged
The existence of Man on Earth threatens her very health; thus, the more humans, the ever greater the danger to Mommy Earth from whence all true goodness comes
The prime directive of Man is to create Nirvana here on Earth
The greatest measure of Nirvana is for humans on earth to force perfect equality
Inequalities among people are the telltale results of the work of Villains
Showing weakness is holy, so as to never offend anyone, lest provoking him
Bad behavior results from unfortunate choices - caused by one's victimhood
Good intentions are at least as virtuous as actions, regardless of outcomes
The Saviors among us are divinely-special people, ordained to fight the eternal struggle against Villains
The supreme intention of the Liberal Faith is to stop the Villains from further abusing the Victims - by obtaining group justice, and saving Mommy Earth from harm
Questioning the Liberal Faith in any way is to damage the Holy effort itself
Worse yet is to ever question the actions, or the holy intentions, of the Savior class, for it will only damage group Progress, and inevitably will only cause further abuse to come to the blasphemous Victim who dares give aid to the Villains by questioning
Tithing by the Victim class is paramount to demonstrating one's personal sacrifice for the keeping of the Faith - Ever-higher taxation is the cardinal tithe
Generous contributions (preferably cash) should be made regularly at any duly consecrated collection point - especially at places of worship such as union rallies, funerals for canonized Saviors, newsrooms, faculty lounges, press club luncheons, etc.
Collective systems are superior to individual freedoms and self-interest
Individual freedom is radical and dangerous - especially to the Faith
Human arrangements based on individual freedom are doomed to failure
Severe repercussions for blasphemy against the collective are necessary for its success
It is the collective responsibility to be uniformly caring and to eradicate all individual risks
Allowing individualism is the equivalent to endorsing tyranny
It is too dangerous to allow humans to freely associate and disassociate outside of collective endeavors, and therefore, requires force to achieve the collective nirvana, because people are not quite intelligent enough to recognize that the superior, forced collective, is for their own good
The complex and nuanced task of achieving the collective nirvana should be left to the Saviors as commanded by their Dictates
The Victim class can best do their duty (show their piety) by blindly obeying the Dictates, and by continually demonstrating their unquestioning support of their Saviors' ever-promised miracles of peace and harmony
Collective systems only fail because their purity wasn't sufficiently enforced
Government force, wielded by ordained Saviors, is ultimately, the only way to ensure that good things continue to be possible for the faithful
Societal solutions are complex, which only the collective community can manage - which in turn necessitates the Saviors be in charge
Human rights are derived from the collective consciousness (group feelings); they are distilled for the people (granted) by their Saviors, transmitted to the masses by the Holy Triangulate, and are communicated through the proper Oracles
Keepers of the Faith should remember not to believe, selfishly, that they can come up with personal ideas for themselves, because the collective wisdom of the faithful will always know better
The faithful should not try to elevate themselves above the collective body, such as by personal achievement or becoming successful themselves, because this blasphemy plays right into the hands of the Villains: empowering victims imperils the Faith by disrespecting the rest of the collective body, who they leave behind (abandon), explicitly gaining personally from the inequality they've foolishly gained for themselves, thus, undermining the supreme cause of victimhood and the authority of the Saviors. And ultimately, if heresy and blasphemy continues, one could wind up in full betrayal - actually transforming into one of the Villains!
Victimized followers should not become confused when their anointed leaders, their Saviors, appear to be indistinguishable from their arch-rivals, the Villains, when gauged in terms of money, power, or juicy perquisites. The confusion these vexing trappings of the Savior class brings are very unfortunate, but necessary - they are the weapons required to stand up to the Villains - that is to say, necessary in order to fight fire with fire
If the Faith is properly executed (enforced), which is expressly designed to protect the faithful from the tyranny of life's risks and sinful profits, then, it can be assured that any misery will be shared among the masses with blissful equality
With the seminal deity of Mommy Earth and her cosmic womb, the holy mission stems from the "responsibility of stewardship", to worship her virginity by replacing terrestrial desecration with the distribution of as much collective sacrifice (misery) as is possible
Theft, slander, fraud, discrimination, sedition and lawlessness are behaviors strictly forbidden by the Faith - except as wielded against the Villains who have explicitly attained their ill-gotten gains at the expense of the Victims. This may also be deemed as employing the necessary means for global cosmic justice
The faithful should not worry themselves with the many heresies - such as becoming lost in the mountains of evidence which contradict their beliefs. Faith, by its definition, requires them to ignore the facts which attack the true orthodoxy. Truth, supported by facts, is simply an obvious plot by the Villains to undermine the Faith.
Questioning the Faith is not only heretical, but the mere thought of it should be eradicated as well, for it is only one more trick by the Villains to get the upper hand on them. Followers merely contemplating dangerously unfaithful thoughts will be met with wrath
Maximizing human abortion is sanctified by the Faith because, as Mommy's stewards, not only is it doing the planet a huge favor by reducing the pressure on scarce natural resources which are running out, and exhaling dangerous vapors lest inviting a return of the Great Warming, but just by sheer chance, the numbers of those who are allowed to be born who are capable of rising to the Savior class is miniscule. And, utterly more terrifying than the infant droves allowed to contribute to earthly misery, by adding great numbers consigned to an existence as Victims - we quite possibly risk adding even more to the ranks of Villains - An obviously unacceptable lose-lose scenario
Along with the obvious peril of taking personal initiative for self-improvement, so too, must the personal identity of each follower be subordinated to the group identity. Anything short will dilute the group's collective power and ability to garner benefits derived from the largest magnitude of group victimhood. Dangerous heretics will be swiftly castigated by the group, because they abjectly threaten to dilute the power of the group, and will be severely punished by the group by seizing their share of the Victims' bounty, and by physical restraint if necessary to uphold the Faith's righteous solidarity.
Vilification and acts of hatred toward the Villains at every opportunity is divine.
Lastly, one's full devotion, acting forever faithful to the cause of victimization, is to incessantly re-educate the Faithful as to how the perpetration of injustice by Villains has prevented them from gaining the outcomes they deserve. In addition to always being conscious of who to blame for their place in life, the Faithful must NEVER disregard, impede, or question the Elite who have the innate blessings, good intentions, sheer talent, and swelling coffers that are required to save them from all evils - Their Fighting Saviors.

6. Day in the Life of Joe Republican

Joe gets up at 6 a.m. and fills his coffeepot with water to prepare his morning coffee. The water is clean and good because some tree-hugging liberal fought for minimum water-quality standards. With his first swallow of water, he takes his daily medication. His medications are safe to take because some stupid commie liberal fought to ensure their safety and that they work as advertised.

All but $10 of his medications are paid for by his employer's medical plan because some liberal union workers fought their employers for paid medical insurance - now Joe gets it too.

He prepares his morning breakfast, bacon and eggs. Joe's bacon is safe to eat because some girly-man liberal fought for laws to regulate the meat packing industry.

In the morning shower, Joe reaches for his shampoo. His bottle is properly labeled with each ingredient and its amount in the total contents because some crybaby liberal fought for his right to know what he was putting on his body and how much it contained.

Joe dresses, walks outside and takes a deep breath. The air he breathes is clean because some environmentalist wacko liberal fought for the laws to stop industries from polluting our air.

He walks on the government-provided sidewalk to subway station for his government-subsidized ride to work. It saves him considerable money in parking and transportation fees because some fancy-pants liberal fought for affordable public transportation, which gives everyone the opportunity to be a contributor.

Joe begins his work day. He has a good job with excellent pay, medical benefits, retirement, paid holidays and vacation because some lazy liberal union members fought and died for these working standards. Joe's employer pays these standards because Joe's employer doesn't want his employees to call the union.

If Joe is hurt on the job or becomes unemployed, he'll get a worker compensation or unemployment check because some stupid liberal didn't think he should lose his home because of his temporary misfortune.

It is noontime and Joe needs to make a bank deposit so he can pay some bills. Joe's deposit is federally insured by the FSLIC because some godless liberal wanted to protect Joe's money from unscrupulous bankers who ruined the banking before the Great Depression.

Joe has to pay his Fannie Mae-underwritten mortgage and his below-market federal student loan because some elitist liberal decided that Joe and the government would be better off if he was educated and earned more money over his lifetime. Joe also forgets that his in addition to his federally subsidized student loans, he attended a state funded university.

Joe is home from work. He plans to visit his father this evening at his farm home in the country. He gets in his car for the drive. His car is among the safest in the world because some America-hating liberal fought for car safety standards to go along with the tax-payer funded roads.

He arrives at his boyhood home. His was the third generation to live in the house financed by Farmers' Home Administration because bankers didn't want to make rural loans.

The house didn't have electricity until some big-government liberal stuck his nose where it didn't belong and demanded rural electrification.

He is happy to see his father, who is now retired. His father lives on Social Security and a union pension because some wine-drinking, cheese-eating liberal made sure he could take care of himself so Joe wouldn't have to.

Joe gets back in his car for the ride home, and turns on a radio talk show. The radio host keeps saying that liberals are bad and conservatives are good. He doesn't mention that the beloved Republicans have fought against every protection and benefit Joe enjoys throughout his day. Joe agrees: "We don't need those big-government liberals ruining our lives! After all, I'm a self-made man who believes everyone should take care of themselves, just like I have."

7. Liberal True-believer:

Thanks for that hilarious fairy tale. You illustrate liberals as brimming with so much goodness, that you almost could have said you were against abortion! -JP

8. Thank you, I am glad I could amuse you. Given your joke of a post that started this thread I take that as a compliment, and unlike your post there is actually some truth to what I posted.
