3rd party holds KC GOP accountable

As a King County GOP PCO I am none too pleased that the County Party must find accountablity from a 3rd party in the form of a PDC complaint.

I do not appreciate political Treasuries that cannot meet public deadlines, and possibly lose donor money, or at best improperly account for donor money.

I will be following this closely this week before the Dec. 2 KC GOP org meeting, and how the incumbents respond to these accusations.

1. Just when you thought the Reagan Wing couldn't get any lower, they surprise us all.

Everyone should see through this for what it is, a political fire bomb attack by a group of nutwingers who have run out of ideas to discuss.

2. Pope's filed similiar complaints against Dwight Pelz and a host of Democratic political organizations alleging technical violations of campaign laws, and they haven't gone anywhere. The Public Disclosure Commission has dismissed most if not all of his complaints.

Now he's turning on his own kind, as if the KCGOP didn't have enough problems of its own. With guys like Pope on "their" side, it's not surprising they'll always be a minority party.

3. For the record, the Reagan Wing had nothing to do with charging the Michael Young/Lori Sotelo administration of illegal conduct. We did not discover the violations, we did not file any complaint and we did not cause others to do so.
Just when you thought Alicia(phony name)CR couldn't get any lower, she surprises us all. Alicia has not run out of ideas to discuss because ideas have never been on her agenda at all, just baseless slurs and name calling, as in "a group of nutwingers." Nothing specific, nothing rational, just political potty mouth.

4. You're absolutely right Doug! For once your sick, stupid little organization (and it is little, despite your attempts to portray it as otherwise) didn't fire this salvo. I just have one question. When do you plan on extending membership to Richard? He seems to fit in nicely with you folks. Calls himself a Republican but doesn't do anything constructive for the party. You're all DNC moles. Admit it.

FCP

P.S. Looking forward to Saturday : ) The "Michael Young" junta has made me a master-at-arms and I intend on exersizing my position of authority to the fullest extent allowed. But look on the bright side! At least I won't be able to attend to those duties AND carry a camera. Guess someone else will have to fill in for me. I'm sure there are several folks standing in line for the opportunity.

5. I love Pope's comment that he "finally has some spare time after the general election." This is typically Richard's down time for the year, as he always runs for different offices, sometimes as a Democrat and sometimes as a Republican, and always loses. I'll never forget when he ran as a Democrat against Norm Maleng and accused Maleng of being a racist. He'll say anything to (not) get elected!

6. Griswold,

Does it really make you feel better to say that
kind of stuff? Please you don't know these
people at all. Just because they don't see
things the way you do doesn't mean there
bad individuals.Fine you don't agree with
anything they say or stand for. That doesn't
give you the right to characterize them like
you have. Some people have different standards
by which they live there lives. That doesn't
make them any less of a person than you or I.

As for Saturday is that supposed to be threat?
If anything you should be ashamed of the people
that you represent. There so desperate to keep
power that they want to try to suppress the
turnout. There is no good reason for starting
this at 7:30 am on saturday.Much less have this
little meeting on Mercer Island. You know as
well as I do that the people on the south side
of the county will never make it there that
early. Is Michael Young that worried he might
lose that he has to pull this crap?

Combine this with the fact that they have been
deliberatly changing the time and location
of the district meetings this past month.
It really speaks volumes about how desperate
they are to hold on to power in a losing
party. So bravo you be a good little master of
arms. After all you guys have a lot to
celebrate.

7. Phil, you are SUCH a liberal! Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the Ds raise a big cacaphony about supressing voter turnout in Ohio in 2004? I live my life by the same clock that you do. We'll all have to wake up mighty early and there are just as many "RINOs" in rural KC as there are on Mercer Island so don't play the "it's too far" excuse. Really, you sound like a whiney little liberal.
As far as me disagreeing with Reagan Wingers, well, you obviously don't know me at all. I probably agree with Doug & Co. on more things than you could imagine. I'm pro-life. I'm anti-gay marriage (despite Doug's best efforts to portray me as otherwise). I'm pro-immigration reform (put up a fence, no amnesty). I'm pro-English as the official language. I'm anti-CAO, anti-GMA. I'm pretty much as conservative as they come. The problem I have with Doug & Co. is not their (BTW, that's how you spell their in that context. Please consult a 6th grade grammer book for further instruction and the proper use of the tab key) views. It's their manner in which they go about doing things. They don't offer any constructive ideas to grow the party in Washington and are more interested in kicking people out than welcoming people in.

Hope to see you on Saturday : )

8. Griswold,

I am no liberal and you know as well as I
do what Michael Young is trying to do here.
There is a big difference between suppression
at the polls and at a stupid meeting like this.
There is no justification for starting the
meeting that early none.If they could start it
at 7:30 am they could just as easily start it at
9am. This is being done deliberately and you
know it.

They actually do have lot of good ideas and
solutions. But your not interested hearing what
they have to say. You would rather engage in character
assassination and name calling. Believe you
what you want but they do have good ideas.
Unlike Michael Young who hasn't come with
a single good idea in almost 2 years.

9. Phil, again, you REALLY need to consult a 6th grade grammer book. But that aside, if the meeting is so "stupid" as you so elequently put it, then it probably doesn't matter what time or where it is held, you still won't show up and then you'll clammer about how your voice has been supressed. Again, just like a liberal Democrat. And THAT'S what I know. What you're talking about I haven't a clue.

(Michael Young will now read from the Necronomicon while Lori Sotelo performs ritual infanticide and the rest of the KCGOP "elite" dance around praising the name of Kuthulu.)

10. FCP, are you calling me sick and stupid? ANy time you want to meet to discuss you viewpoint in person, I'll be happy to oblige, weenie.

Posted by: ERNurse on November 30, 2006 11:11 AM
11. No, ERNurse, I don't think I've ever called you sick or stupid. Doug may fit that bill but you have certainly not portrayed those attributes. I honestly look forward to chatting with you at tomorrow's convention. Let's just not resort to calling each other synonyms for cured meat products, yea?
