Ron Sims is on his trail quest again. This time he wants to trade Boeing Field for a railroad. If this sounds like a bad Monopoly trade, it is. The value of Boeing Field is around $200 million, while the railroad is worth "somewhere between $100 million and $180 million." So despite the disparity in the value of the two properties, creating the trail there eliminates a route that Boeing uses to move goods from Renton to Everett, and puts the Renton Dinner Train out of business.
