I just got back last night from San Diego where I attended the Hannity Freedom Concert and I must tell you that it was a tremendous experience. I think I can speak for everyone who went to the concert from the KVI contest when I say that we all would like to give Kirby WIlbur a special thanks for having the contest and being a gracious host and to his Promotions Assistant, Katie Grimes, for all the coordinating she did from getting us there and back safely.

It was definetly a night that my wife and I will not soon forget. To see all the cell phones (in place of lighters) lit up during Lee Greenwood singing "Proud To Be An American" was just awesome. It was just amazing to see all the support for the troops from so many people in one place at one time. And it was great to hear what Mark Levin, Ann Coulter and Col. Oli North had to say.

We also had some realy great discussions with Kirby the night before the concert when all the winners, Kirby, Matt (Kirby's Producer), Katie and a few of Kirby's really good friends from the area (who are just amazing people) had dinner at a really nice Italian restauraunt in Little Italy.

My wife and I made some really good friends over teh course of those three days and we came away with a feeling of hope for our Great Nation and for the future of Washington State.
