Darcy Burner's Tag line

Just got a unsolicited recorded message from Darcy Burner's campaign with her voice droning on and on over the phone. I really detest the phone spam that politicians allowed themselves.

Burner's tag line, "I won't disappoint you" is rather funny. Someone leaving Microsoft after only 3 years, or quitting law school is someone that seems pretty adept at disappointing performance.

The difference between Reichart and Burner is rather stark. It is a study in contrasts, one of accomplishment versus unfinished tasks, a successful career versus a career flirt. We need someone representing us in Congress that finishes things, not someone that gets a new interest every few years. We need someone with a longer attention span than Darcy Burner appears to have.

1. Well, if you're talking about public service career accomplishment, it's not even close. Reichert is the hands-down winner.
Vote for Reichert.

2. Yet, her ads and website claim "a successful career at Microsoft" - after only three (3) years.

Now, I would admit that saying " a successful career "in the software industry" would be more honest and accurate. She leaves the impression that she spent a longer time at Microsoft, probably just to "name drop".

3. That tag line just gives more creedance to her being an "empty skirt". It would be stupid to elect someone like her over a proven leader who will help strengthen our effort in the War on Islamist Fascism, formerly called the war on terror. It is essential to press on and not think about negotiating with any terrorist/jihadist organizations.
