Resolutions to known login issues
Hint 1: you'll need browser "cookies" to login and post event notices. If you keep getting sent back to this page, please double-check your browser setting and make sure you have "cookies" enabled for this site.
Hint 2: make sure the date and time on your computer are set to be reasonably close to the correct time.
