Obama lead narrows to 5 in Washington

Public Policy Polling, which is left-leaning, now finds that Obama's lead over Mitt Romney in Washington State is only 5 per cent - 50-45 percent. The poll was taken before the second presidential debate.

The difference? Independents are now breaking 48-43 percent for Romney.

Other polls don't find the race so close.

2. Let's be clear.
Republican once again are going to lose the majority of state wide races in Washington.

President of the USA? Republican loss
US Senator? Republican loss
Governor? Republican loss

I won't go on. Let's sum it up.
Washington Republicans = Losers.

3. Romney could actually end up winning the presidency in a landslide. It remains to be seen. But it wouldn't surprise me. Many have thought this, tho it didn't look likely until people started paying attention a couple weeks ago.

4. I won't go on. Let's sum it up.

Washington Democrats = Morons.

President Unelect, it has a nice ring to it. Don't let the door hit you on the way out Barry.

6. The big question is will King County manufacture enough votes from dead people and illegal votes to elect the most left wing Governor in this Quasi-people's Republic's history ?

Hopefully, wisdom and intelligence will prevail and Rob McKenna will be the next Governor.

Hey - Barry, no way in hell do you deserve another term. Let's hope that collective wisdom also prevails, although this state will show itself to be behind the curve once again. Don't get me wrong, a great area to live, but too many moonbats !

7. @2 You will be eating some of your words on November 7th and will be reminded of it !

Hopefully, the Governor's race will not be a repeat of 2004 or 2008 and for that matter - all of the Governor's races going back to 1984.

Most of all, we'll see if the electorate is perceptive enough to understand the definition of insanity will elect someone besides the token Democrat-progressive this time.

8. The poll was taken before the second presidential debate.

To bad the election results -- like the picture you chose as an illustration for this post -- won't be, eh Jim?

The big question is will King County manufacture enough votes ...

"Dismissed, with prejudice."

Hopefully, wisdom and intelligence will prevail, or Rob McKenna will be the next Governor.

Fixed that for you. You're welcome.

9. @4 Hinton on October 18, 2012 08:09 PM,

And yet Washington Republicans have been unable to win the governor's office since 1980, losing 7 and soon to be 8 consecutive elections.

So let me update what I said above to include you observation.

Washington Republicans = Losers who admittedly can't manage to beat morons for more than 30 years.

10. WA would be OK if it weren't for King County.

Majority of King County voters = morons.

11. The big question is will King County manufacture enough votes .

"Dismissed, with prejudice."

WRONG - POST-judice. Democrats have demonstrated that they are not opposed to cheating to keep them in power.

Hopefully, wisdom and intelligence will prevail, AND Rob McKenna will be the next Governor.

Fixed that for you. You're welcome.

12. KDS: The big question is whether Washington military absentee votes will be counted this year...
I'm guessing there will be another "accident" and our brave troops will be disenfranchised again.

13. MikeBS, as someone who sat in the Executive Director's chair of the WSRP, you don't have to convince me of the inaequacy of the party's ability to get people elected.

We try to play by rules. The left is not so constrained. The mside that plays by the rules will typically get their collective ass kicked every time by the side that doesn't.

That said, that your sort keeps electing the same type of idiots, over and over again, while apparently expecting something of a different outcome (you CAN'T want the trainwreck of a state or country we live in now.... and you CAN'T absolve your sort for any responsibility for this trash heap you've helped to build... can you?) goes to my initial point:

To vote democrat, election after election, is to be a moron.

After all, your sort voted for Obama, arguably the worst president of the 20th or 21st century.

And if you don't believe me, just ask Amb. Stevens.

Oh.... that's right. Your sort allowed him to be killed.

Good luck with that.

16. All true, hinton @ 13. Too bad the "morons" are too stupid to consider corrective action.

And to Mike-Boy @ 15: We'll see whose nose gets rubbed. I'm betting there will be moving trucks at the White House January 20th. And hopefully by that time Jay Inslee will have returned to pursuits more suitable to his talents, like picking his nose and pulling the wings off houseflies.

How about you and me have a Romney size wager of $10,000 on this race with the proceeds to go to the USO?

20. Let's hope that popular revulsion with Obama and the Democrats gets so intense even Washington State feels impact from it.
I'm hoping crypto-marxists and degenerates down ballot will earn well-deserved defeats, particularly the butt-buddy "marriage" referendum.

ROFLMFAO!

24. Mike BS - on your bet you are parsing - you'd try and claim it would be $10K if Obama wins this state not the presidency. Real gutsy !
I seriously question your ethics, and your current mental state. Your mind has been polluted from living in the urban squallers - you are an advocate for people being parasites off of Government and trickle down Government.

I advocate individual liberty and smaller and more responsible government, the complete opposite of what there is now.

26. Exactly. KDS. According to reliable polls (if there are such) people in VA, FL, NC, PA, OH, NV, MI, NJ and other states are beginning to see the light. What is wrong with urban Puget Sound? I'd guess it's too much free stuff, as in $1.03 trillion in welfare payments this past fiscal year.

Posted by: Saltherring on October 20, 2012 10:39 AM
27. The Democrat party's best friend is voter fraud. This is the only way Obama has a chance to win Ohio. This country is a banana republic when it comes to having clean elections. Canada makes us look like retards when it comes to clean elections.

Voter ID is only part of the answer. The other portion of maintaining clean and honest elections is cleaning the voter rolls before every major election, which many states including this one does not do.

It has recently been demonstrated that Norm Coleman would have defeated Al Franken in 2008, if over 1,000 illegal votes for Franken had not been included. This information is available via Google or Bing.

Posted by: KDS on October 20, 2012 10:44 AM
28. Agreed again, KDS. If our governors race is close this year, as it was in 2004, look for King County elections and this state's banana republic courts to find a way to steal the election for Inslee, as they did for Gregoire in '04.

31. I just returned from Missouri, both Kansas City and St Louis. There were Obama signs in St Louis, but far fewer that I expected. In Kansas City they were pretty equally divided.

The last several days have not been kind to Obama sycophant and apologist Claire McCaskill. Despite the hatred and vitriol thrown at him, Todd Akin has pulled ahead. A harbinger of things to come?

32. I plan to vote against the biggest liar of the two major party candidates. Without a doubt, Obama is the biggest liar about domestic and foreign policy and his phony and dishonest ads. Clinton lied also, but they were about less consequential issues. Obama's lies expose his hatred, disdain and racism.

Anyone want to rebut that ? Don't think there will be a serious attempt, because it is an open and shut case. Sure, there will be some attempts, but those attempting will be dismissed as dishonest.

Romney/Ryan 2012 !!

Posted by: KDS on October 20, 2012 02:43 PM
33. No rebuttal is possible, KDS, except that such a person lies also. Obama makes Clinton (I did not have sex with that woman...) look honest, Nixon seem ethical and Carter almost competent by comparison. Honest historians will remember Obama as the worst president of the modern era...if not in the history of the nation.

Rossi won, I believe not once, but twice, for what it's worth.
Unless you're liberal, when dead people and criminals and all the "lost votes" they can find/manufacture keep on coming.

41. When Obama spoke of Romnesia the other day, he really meant Rahm-nesia for his former chief of staff. That is clearly more applicable to Emanuel than Romney as it refers to someone who says one thing and does another - not acknowledging memory of what he said before. Let me count the ways..
