John Koster to Make "Major Announcement" Wednesday
John Koster sent out a message that he will be meeting with organizers of the Second CD petition drive, which has garnered signatures both online and offline, "to make a major announcement in response to their efforts."
They will meet at the Snohomish County Courthouse Plaza Wednesday at 1 p.m.
