McClatchy discovers that Members of Congress are flocking to various social media tools as a means to communicate with constituents. True, and that movement will only grow.
Meaning, the communications plans and tactics of elected officials will change both in office and while campaigning; leading to this prudent observation:
"It's like our press [secretary] is not so [important] anymore, our new media guy is more [important]."
Yes. At some point, maybe they shouldn't even be separate.
