We adults know the preciousness of time 'moving on'. It's something our young folk haven't grasped yet or simply take for granted. I think we as a country are in for an interesting and, for some, sobering year. I hope they learn from it.
In the meantime we have a new page upon which to write our infuence and become the "change" WE always wanted and deserve. I believe it won't be long until we get it.... but then I've always been an optimist.
On the other hand, our youngest son had his radio stolen out of his car in Seattle last night, our oldest son got a ticket this morning and our garage door broke... The optimist in me refuses to believe this is a harbinger and chooses to believe we got the 3 bad things out of the way early in the year!
Happy 2009!

Although many believe in hope for change, I have the Faith that we will prevail in doing what is right by sticking to our core conservative values.
Happy New Year to All!
