An Unexpected Scene
Where can dyed-in-the-wool liberals gather with local Republicans, including John Carlson, Slade Gorton, and Dino Rossi, for an intimate yet festive Christmas bash?
I can't say. It was an "undisclosed location." But, I attest; it can be done. Oh, can it be done.
P.S. One hint: it wasn't the Stranger's Christmas party.

1. Well...?
2. If it's history, why can't you say? If you can't say...why put it out there? :)
3. Fight Club
4. I've heard that Joel Connelly hosts such a party every year.
5. I was gonna guess the govenor's mansion, until I realized you wrote "festive" not "festivus".
6. Which site does Connelly host his party at?
The one where he lives, or the one where he's registered to vote?
7. Then why bring it up at all?
8. Since most of those names mentioned ARE "dyed-in-the-wool liberals," it shouldn't be difficult at all. Why did you mention it?
9. The best place to party with Republicans is at any King County Young Republican event. See you there.
10. Correction. Any King County Young Republican Event where Don Ward isn't in attendance. That guy creeps me out.
11. Duh.
Last night was Tuesday.
They infiltrated and took over Drinking Liberally
12. Well if it was Drinking Liberally, been there, done that 18 months ago.
13. Wow. This is getting kind of disturbing. Another anonymous, off-topic attack.
14. I thought it was a guessing game!
15. Hehehe, I was there too, and it was a great time. It was not Drinking Liberally, it was not YRs, I'm not a lib, nor are the gentlemen listed, but I'm not telling either. PS - the food was AMAZING.
16. My guess is a washington news council event. It's run by a Republican but full of media types. And if I remember correctly, their annual dinner is in the winter. The only one I went to was a "roast" of Jennifer Dunn and Gary Locke. Good event. Not too intimate, though.
