Which Pollster Got the Governor's Race correct?

Joni Balter says Stuart Elway.

Elway's last poll
had Gregoire up 12%, but you see, Elway told Balter in private conversation "that Gregoire would win by six or eight points."

Ah, I see. It was Professor Plum, in the Study, with a candlestick.

Meanwhile, SurveyUSA's final poll found Gregoire up 52% - 46%. That turned out to be perilously close to the actual margin.

UPDATE: typo fixed.

1. Did the fake purely partisan-motivated lawsuit and resultant deposition have the biggest effect?

2. Eric, wow, what a joke.

Anyway, I don't believe SurveyUSA either. I think that the surge in Obama voters was needed to just by coincidence make the survey results appear accurate.

3. Eric, BTW, whatever happened to Elway giving Gregoire most of Eastern Washington?

4. Hm. Superintendent race got by far the least votes in it, of any statewide race. Who saw THAT coming?! ;-)

5. Rossi needs to get off the stage - what a horrid candidate - just why did anyone think he could win statewide?

6. Because Queen Chrissy the Tribal Ho has been an utter disaster as governor? Because she's been a partisan, screw-the-people, incompetent boob? Because she sold herself to the tribes like a Pike Street hooker? Because of any number of reasons like that?

Thanks for asking, hopper. Let me know if there's any other information you might need, moron.
