Presidential Race

I'm not reporting on it tonight...mostly because it seems like a foregone conclusion.

And as I type, I see PA is getting called for Obama. That makes McCain's Electoral College math very, very, very difficult.

1. On the techie side: So far think I like the pollster.com national election map the best; especially their neat roll-over feature, which shows at a glance the status of the call on each state by ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC (they could drop NBC, AFAIC), and the AP (which is probably the most conservative, in the TV dog-and-pony race to call a state 1st); along with both the estimated result and the pollster trend for each state.

(Sadly) as Eric noted:
ALL the networks are now calling PA for Obama; AP is the only holdout.

The results I'm waiting for:
1st report by WA SOS at or just after 20:00 on the Gov race (hold on to your hats; it could be a wild ride: Especially with impediments like the Pierce County fiasco Eric already reported on, it ain't gonna be over soon).

2. Yup, it doesn't look good. Get ready for the Obama, Pelosi, Reid triumvirate. Hold on to your wallets, guns, kids, and probably pets, too. We're in for a ride!
