On the Road Again

No posting for a bit. I'm off to DC shortly for work, with my wonderful wife in tow to enjoy the sights during the day while I suffer on the clock. Thus, there is no way on God's green earth I'll be taking the time to post in the evening rather than take my lovely wife out on the town.

If you must get in trouble in my absence, please make it good.

UPDATE: comments closed thanks to Steve/Conservative not Republican again trying to circumvent his ban with lame trickery.

1. Enjoy your trip Eric, especially with the wife there.

We'll be looking forward to your return.

Oh PS: Rasmussen has McCain and Obama in a dead heat right now.

So sad also to see Tony Snow's passing and nothing on this blog about it. He was a great conservative, and we will truely miss his delightful humor and talking points.

RIP - And to his family God's peace....I enjoyed listening to him and know he will be preaching in Heaven!

2. Eric, I went to school back east
(Annapolis Grad). In my humble opinion there are two places on the must see list (outside the obvious national monuments).

The first is the US Naval Academy. Check out the John Paul Jones crypt. It's under the Naval Academy Chapel, and a place of honor.

Second, the National Cathedral.
