Wisconsin Primary

Wisconsin holds its Primary tomorrow.

The unusually cold weather (even for Wisconsin) could reduce turnout. Current forecast for my hometown of Madison:

High: 11°
Low: -2°
Wind chills may approach -15F.

That's well below the February 19 average high of 34° and average low of 11°.

My prediction: voters will choose whichever candidate has the most aggressive plan to combat global warming.
