New feature with Sound Politics (Preview)

I'm in the process of uploading and cleaning up my digital audio recordings of McCain's Westin rally and the rolling press scrum with the senator. These should be completed very late tonight or very early tomorrow.

I'm hoping this will be a new feature to Sound Politics where I can share some of the interviews conducted in the future. It is often times more interesting to see (and in your case hear) how news is gathered then whatever you eventually read as the final result.

My apologies for not getting this out faster. Demon Rum on Friday and Caucus Saturday took all the time.

And kidding aside, I'm trying to get familiar with the format while trying to make sure there aren't too many bugs. OK. No more bugs than what one would normally expect...

1. How about an old feature...like being able to comment on Stefan's ridiculous postings (like his most recent one about Gregoire)...which is so outlandish it just calls for factual correction.

One who stymies discussion and dissent is well (hey...you can fill in the rest of this famous saying!)

2. I don't control what Stefan does:-)
My hunch is that he is busy and can't take the time to police everything that's said on the comment thread. Jim Miller sometimes does that and I don't hear huge cries of outrage...
Shrug.

3. Bill Anderson: so post your response in the "Public Blog" section, then.

What is outlandish is that you would accuse Stefan of squelching dissent when you have this capability ...

4. Bill Anderson: Pudge is right -- Stefan has made it possible for anyone to post on the Public Blog and even made changes recently so that more different voices are highlighted on the main page. There isn't only one way to run a blog . . . and you are free to start your own.
