Tim Eyman mistakes a Stranger writer for a waitress. Given the stereotypical look of a Stranger employee, that's an error many of us could have made.

Doubtless Cato is happy that Eyman's Initiative 960, approved just two days ago by the people, will now be challenged by Democrats in court. Despite their constant shrieking about Bush "taking away our rights" Democrats can't wait to take away the rights of voters if things don't go their way in an election. Are modern day Democrats in reality dishonest socialists? Is not the evidence overwhelming?
