Have you donated to I-25 yet?
I-25 is well on track to gather enough signatures to qualify for the November ballot, provided that the campaign continues to raise enough money to finish the signature drive.
Time for a motivational poll.

1. How about this option:
- why bother? KC Elections will run the election for the Elections Director, so the outcome of any public vote will be decided by KC Elections, not the people.
2. Inspite of my not using my real name, I wanted to let you know that I just dropped $50 in the jar.
Next? People, is it worth $50 to you to have fair elections?
3. Inspite of my not using my real name, I wanted to let you know that I just dropped $50 in the jar.
Next? People, is it worth $50 to you to have fair elections?
4. And even if they're unable to get it to fail, they'll just find some judge to overturn it anyway.
5. I'm not saying one shouldn't contribute, but this backhanded request reads like; Have you contributed to the womens shelter? A. No I beat my wife. B. No I'm going to start beating my wife soon. and C. I already gave or will right now. This is a worthy cause but this poll is, well, sloppy.
6. I can't contribute to this cause, because it may mean my job!
7. You will rue the day. The impudence of you lower caste workers will be rewarded with a tax increase thrice the normal rate!
Once the judges in my pocket stamp down your puny initiative, the punishment will begin.
8. Though I know that the first choice was intended as humor it actually is likely true. What makes anyone think that the morons that elect Ron Sims will elect anyone responsible to the new post? I assume we're just hoping for some type of miracle.
If the initiative does go through Ms Huff will no doubt run and be elected.
That said I do have to agree it's better to do something, anything, than just sit there and take it, so best wishes to you. If I still lived in King County I might even want to donate.
9. I don't live in King County, so I selected option #2.
That said, I'll give to I-25 if you all give to Tom Greene's campaign for Snohomish County Sheriff. :-)
10. No point in it, they own the judges and that is enough to invalidate anything the citizens want or need.
Yes, I have finally given up all hope for this area. Only thing left is to get out of it and avoid the collapse.
