Reminder On Joanne Jacobs Visit

As I mentioned on Monday, Joanne Jacobs, author of Our School, will be visiting Seattle next week, and will be speaking at the UW on the 4th.  You may still be able to sign for a lunch at that speech.  Call or email Maggie Bardacke to see if there are still spaces available.  But tomorrow is the last day to sign up.

1. Joanne Jacobs' pseudonymous education blog is invaluable, and her book deserves the critical praise it's received. Anyone who can spare the time to be at her appearance at the UW on the 4th will be rewarded.
