Mrs. Gregoire, State of the State address last week:

I was proud of a Yakima Herald-Republic editorial last summer that said I was shredding the Cascade Curtain and creating one Washington. I'd like to invite you to join me at the shredder

Bad metaphor. Seattle Times headline today: "Shredder accident kills man at South Seattle metal-recycling company"

There will never be one Washington unless the East secedes but the Dems in DC will never allow a new State that is sure to be R.

i.e. adios, property rights.
and---more votes from 2004 found yesterday under the Gov's car seat.

maybe the invite is well-intentioned, but the translation under the screen was "come join me, Easterners, and drink this huge glass of barium tax-enema fluid"
