Netroots Alert: McMorris Winning

10:20 Upate: McMorris has nearly a 10% lead, and is leading in every county. No more counts coming tonight, but this one is in the books I think.

Over a 5% lead for Cathy McMorris over Peter Goldmark in vote-rich Spokane County. Based on my projection below that the 1st absentee count will be the best for Democrats, it's tough to see how McMorris loses, especially with solid margins in most of the counties reporting thus far outside Spokane. Full results here.

Now keep your fingers crossed for Reichert.

UPDATE: Per ScottM in the comments, yes, Brad Benson is in bad shape. He's likely done.

1. It looks like my Republican Brad Benson is going to lose his State Senate seat (Dist. 6) to an annoying little snot named Chris Marr.

2. And one of my GOP State Reps. went down. And the Dems picked up some Spokane County offices, too.

And all three of the judicial candidates I was most interested in lost.

3. Ok, it's 7:48pm (according to the News Tribune's link to the AP listing), and King County has yet to report even ONE precinct. I wish the other counties would withold reporting until the crooks in KC report their FINAL and CERTIFIED results! Also, who can call a race with only 1184 of 6683 precincts reporting? I think this is a crock, and hopefully, things will work out the correct way and we'll lose Can'tVoteWell!
