Michael Yon told Postman that the issue over the state Democrat Party's unauthorized use of Yon's image in a mailer for Darcy Burner has been resolved:
Earlier today, concerns were raised about the use of an iconic photo to which I own the copyright. I understand that mistakes of this nature can happen with no malevolent intent, and the Washington State Democratic Party has responsibly addressed my concerns. We have agreed on a one-time license for the past use of the image and this matter has been fully and completely resolved. No mention of the settlement terms, but if the Democrats paid Yon a licensing fee it should show up in a campaign financial disclosure eventually. So I called the state Democratic office. They put me on hold for five minutes. Came back and said "The issue is resolved." "How?" I asked. "It's resolved, I don't know how." they said. "Connect me with someone who can tell me how the issue was resolved." I asked. Five more minutes on hold. "Check the PI blogs. They have the information." they answered finally. "What's the web address of the blog with the information?" I asked. "I don't know." Click.

Notice that Darcy is trucking (i.e. flying) in volunteers this weekend at her expense and giving them good lodging at her expense?
