"Spanaway man first arrest under state's new bestiality law"

A Spanaway man accused of having sex with a dog is apparently the first person in the Washington charged under a new bestiality law.

Pierce County prosecutors say 26-year-old Michael Patrick McPhail was caught by his wife on Wednesday night having intercourse on the back porch with their four-year-old female pit bull terrier.

The wife took photos with a cell phone and called police.

1. and the wife NEVER had a clue until now?
any volunteers for a defense argument contest?
any guesses on the perp's political party?
would hate to be this guy in a jail among the inmates!
say--will NAMBLA defend him?
WWSLD--(what would sharia law do?)

he needs the book thrown at him--lock him up--who needs this piece of trash in society. nothing can excuse this.

5. His lawyer will say that he is being discriminated against because of his sexual preference and that is against the law in this state? He will then get off Scot-free. His wife will be brought up on sexual harassment charges. It wouldn't surprise me in this liberal whacko state.

10. Intersting Fact:
Prosecution of this man clearly discriminates against him based on his sexual orientation and violates Stefan Sharkansky's underpants rule. Poor "victims of hate" like this will be liberated by the NEW BIG TENT GOP!
There is no rational philosophical argument against the legality of his actions that does not work just as well against Gay Rights.
What? Are you guys still trying to drag us back to the Ellen Craswell months?

Posted by: Doug Parris on October 20, 2006 11:59 AM
11. Doug,
What part of "this guy needs help" do you not understand. When a person starts deviating from the norm, their perspective on reality changes.
Thus they can justify doing anything.

I wonder what PETA's position on this issue is?

12. Mike P: Deviating from the norm? Could you elaborate on that a little bit?

Posted by: huckleberry on October 20, 2006 12:28 PM
13. Peta's view is to misquote the research on the matter. Not thast this matters to most people..... sadly we live in a society where whats true matters less than what sounds impressive or what people want to believe.

19. Mike P (at #11),

Hey, don't kill the messenger. I'm with you. I just wanted to point out that the whole of the Republican social left is not. They are drilling, right now, in the nation's moral/legal foundation for the insertion of more dynamite. They would argue with that assessment, but not in another decade or two.

It's all a matter of the breakdown of reason. Homosexuality is every bit the sexual perversion that beastiality is, but is much further ahead in the normalization curve. What was shocking and revolting two decades ago is on Network TV today. Stefan and Matt and Andy pat themselves on the back for being "enlightened" when, in fact, they are merely "programmed" by moral relativism as it manipulates their culture.

I do not know how long it will take, particularly because many of us are working to reverse the process, but, left untreated, social liberalization will, without any doubt, do for beastiality (and pedophilia and prostitution, etc.)in the future what they have done and are doing for homosexuality (and pornography) now.

26. I don't think anyones political party or sexual orientation has anything to do with this. I think that it is PURELY VILE, disgusting, and should result in him getting placed in prison where he'll get the crap beat out of his nasty ass.

This issue is deeply personal, as I have a pit bull.

ACLU can go fuck a goat if it thinks it has any standing in this too. NAMBLA F*ckheads are pervs, I don't care if they're gay or straight (whereas a lot of them say they are not "gay")

31. Hello.

I just have two things to say about this after I heard about it.

1. No wonder the wife took pictures and called the cops on him and is helping prosecute... wouldn't YOU be highly offended if your man would rather have sex with a dog than you? That has to be about the greatest insult a man can do to his wife.

2. This reminds me of an old joke:

What do you get if you cross a pit bull with your girlfriend?

Your last blowjob EVER.

(Please don't ban me for this... I couldn't resist...)

33. douse the offender with doe estrus & other animals' scents and turn him loose (naked) in the nearest national forest. payback time for animal victims & community service (role reversal sensitivity training) all wrapped up in 1 easy sentence.

34. Some people just have a hyper-sensitivity to testosterone. Once it is released into the bloodstream in sufficient concentrations, their ability to think rationally is overpowered. It doesn't matter who you are; if Monica Lewinsky wasn't handy back in the day, Buddy or Socks may have been in danger.

I'm sorry, but what exactly is the point of this posting? I thought this was a site for political discussion, not lame jokes about some pervert. Am I missing something?

37. It is ashame so many people have been programmed to believe one thing is so terrible, and another so much better.. A drunk driver can get off with a slap on the wrist and a bestialist is made into a terrible thing, worse than a child molester?

They even compare the two, as if there is really a link.

Nobody has asked if the animal was hurt, enjoyed the act, or was indifferent...

How many people really care? (besides his wife and some politicians, police, and a handful of PETA fakes)

Let's ask the important questions, not the irrelevant ones...

I do hope the dog is ok.
