Trudy Garman/Trudy Wiseblood Update

Update to the strange story of Trudy Wiseblood/Garman, who is registered twice at a Redmond mailbox and voting twice by mail from California. Public records in Sonoma County, California show property records in the names of Brian Garman and alternately Trudy and Gertrude Garman, and a Power of Attorney for Joy Wiseblood delegated to Gertrude Garman
[1] [2]

Brian Garman is also registered to vote at the Redmond mailbox. Deanron and Dow Constantine also rejected Sotelo's challenge of his registration.

hat tip: reader R.B.

UPDATE: R.B. sends more tips. Trudy Wiseblood's address, 122 Calistoga Rd, Santa Rosa, is a UPS Store. Trudy Garman's address, 597 Wild Oak Dr, Santa Rosa, is a home-based business, "War Stories, LLC", with a web-site here . (that probably shoud be anti-war stories immortalized). The domain is registered to Trudy Garman at that address. I can't find any registration for War Stories, LLC at the California Secretary of State corporation/LLC registry, but it is listed in the Santa Rosa business license list. If Trudy Garman and Trudy Wiseblood are different people and both of them are bona fide Washington residents, then I'm a former Microsoft executive.

1. now to find out if they/she are registered in Sonoma county and if they are credited as voting there too.

2. It all gets stranger and stranger, doesn't it? Not only is Trudy Garman/Wiseblood registered twice here, she also shows up as two different people in Santa Rosa with a birthdate in 1935(same as in Redmond) as well as with a birthdate in 1959. There is also a record for a Deborah Garman at the Santa Rosa address who doesn't appear on the voter list for Washington but who knows for sure (certainly not Deanron!) The Redmond address is the only location listed for the Garman family here in Washington and they appear to own permanent property in California. I wonder if they've ever helped Joel Connelly work on his cabin?

3. I think in order to work or visit Joel Connelly's magic cabin, you most likely would have been invited by one of Ted Kennedy's Children?

We got ta (hic) geet to da capitol vevy vevy sooon, (hic) cause a democrapic voote is surely to be had "In the middle of the night" (Hic)!

5. This is the face of Democrats today. Lie, cheat and steal. Anything to get their woman in office.

6. Don't I remember our intrepid local persecutors going after a couple of olde people that freely admitted 'ignorantly' voting the absentee ballot for a recently deceased spouse. Kinda reminds me of the old dogcatcher story where the wild dog running around loose is not caught -- but woe to the old docile pooch asleep on its own front lawn.

7. Sheeeeeeeeeeeesh!
Why cheat a little, when you can cheat a whole lot.
I can just hear some LEFTIST PINHEADED KLOWN of a Psychiatrist from Cal-Berkeley rationalizing Trudy's behavior with some "Split-personality" theory.
Trudy wants to be 2 different people!
She wants....therefore she is!!

8. And what exactly did the Judge rule? Having duplicate votes was not the issue. The issue was how they voted? One must prove that the duplicate voters did in fact cast votes for the Queen. Absent selection proof; illegal votes are acceptable. Of course this type of court ruling will only encourage greater illegal activity. For surely in a secret ballot, it is impossible to determine how many illegal votes were cast for a given candidate.

Let me repeat, the Judge's ruling will only encourage more illegal votes. The nonsense will only stop when citizens no longer accept bogus elections and do something about it. And there are few legal options available for citizens to consider. Given the lack of legal options, guess the illegal options become viable.

At what point does incompetence give way to outright aiding and abetting a crime? And at what point does aiding and abetting give way to outright fraud and conspiracy? RICO act anyone.

It would seem that all possible ways to vote illegally have been done so many times that the distinctions between legal and illegal are blurred beyond comprehension in an effort to count every vote. Criminal behavior is not only condoned; it is rewarded. And public officials are attempting to win back the confidence of citizens.

And the band played on as the mighty Titanic sunk below the cold frigid waters.

Why are honest, fair minded folk continuous lied to by their elected politician that swear to support the laws of the land.

If I hear one more time that we are a land of laws not of people, I will scream out, "foolishness" in the face of the person that utters such a ridiculous statement.

Voting
Immigration
Imminent Domain
Transportation

Are just a few of the areas that are govern by deceit and malfeasance with little regard for the law.

9. Sent an e-mail to the Calif. based website that Shark referenced challenging them, and with a cc to the King County Prosecutor's Office (not really, though)
Let's see what shakes out!!

10. Given all that we know about the fraud in all mail in voting, is there an initiative to stop it?

11. I called the Sonoma County Registrar of Voters at 1-800-750-VOTE

http://www.co.sonoma.ca.us/RegVoter/index.htm

They will look voters up by name, and provide information on their name and date of birth, but will not give out addresses - at least not over the telephone.

Brian Garman is a registered DEMOCRAT who registered in Sonoma County in November 2002. I didn't ask about all the elections he voted in. They said he last voted in April 2006. I asked about November 2005 and November 2004, and they confirmed he voted in both those elections. Those dates are significant, since Washington and California both have elections on the same day in November, and Brian Garman voted in Washington in November 2005 and presumably in November 2004 as well. They confirmed his date of birth as October 25, 1943.

As for "Trudy", there was no one registered to vote under any of the possible names. I asked about Trudy Garman, Gertrude Garman, Trudy Wiseblood, and Gertrude Wiseblood. None of these registrations matched.

There is a logical reason why Brian is registered and voting in both Washington and California, while Trudy is not registered in California. The Garmans don't believe in TRIPLE VOTING. Since Trudy is apparently already doing it twice in Washington, why should she do it for a third time in California?

12. You can also verify Sonoma County voter registration on-line at:

http://www.co.sonoma.ca.us/RegVoter/RegVoterLookup.htm

Due to California government policies on internet privacy of personal information, you have to have the street number, zip code and date of birth exactly on this website, and it will only verify whether there is a match or not.

This matches an apparent Brian Garman at 597, 95409 and 10251943. There are no matches for any of the available "Trudy" information.

13. Wouldn't Brian and both Trudy's be able to vote for the FORMER MICROSOFT EXECUTIVE, based upon the precinct that they are registered in?

Posted by: Richard Pope on May 16, 2006 12:13 PM
14. 1 Actually Stefan was part of the the Gates/Ballmer "kitchen cabinet" and was responsible for hiring Pat Herbold's husband away from P&G to become Microsoft's COO :)
2 The Federal Government and most state governments have a finder's/squealer's fee of 10% of the collected revenue of individuals who are liable and federal and state taxes, but do not file returns.
3 You can contact the Governor's of California and Washington State and ask them to ask their State Revenue Officials to investigate
4 Make sure to supply your name, mailing address, and tax id #, because both states will send you a 1099 Misc along with the check for the finder's/squealer's fee of 10% received

15. As registered Dem voter in Kentucky I would like to vote GOP in Washington state. Shark could you send me a WA registration form prefilled with your home address information? Down here we only get to vote once, though some of us do get paid for voting.

PS: Brian Garman may be Trudy and Trudy, or may be Trudy is really Brian and Trudy.

16. Stefan,

If a person votes multiple times under different names in the same state, is that reported in the duplicate voting category or is it swept under the rug.

If a person votes multiple times in different states, how is that reported?

If a person is registered as a Democrat in one state and also votes in another state. May being registered as a Democrat in one state be used as evidence to determine the likely voting pattern for that person in a court challenge. Or must sworn testimony be taken from each personality voting. That is to say will the Democratic registration of Brian Garman in California suffice as proof that Trudy W and Trudy G voted for the Queen in the 2004 election, if all named are the living in the same body? Perhaps this question should be directed to the infamous Judge Bridges as the answer is important because it determines the number of voters that must be located that voted multiple times on an interstate basis that are registered as Democrats. Perhaps only 70 or so will do the trick.

RICO anyone.
