2. Nice. We were hiking in the Cascades today and just the drive over to them from Sammamish was awesome. I kept remarking what a gorgeous area we live in.

3. Great picture Matt. Might I point out the obvious? The big ferry boat in the center is part of Washington State's transportation system. At least in NY and other eastern states many ferries are privately owned. And feature bars, restaurants, TVs and other benefits to lessen the boredom of a crossing.
