Transaction Log Status Report

The good news is that I'm now receiving the voter database transaction logs from the various counties.

So far: King, Snohomish and Clark counties have all delivered their log files, Kitsap is ready to ship, and Pierce and Yakima have promised to send theirs in the next few weeks. I'm developing some scripts to perform county-level analysis to compare performance in areas such as duplicate registrations and absentee ballot reconciliation, both during the November 2004 fiasco and in subsequent elections. I'm also going to make all of the individual voter data available through our online voter database, so everyone can see some of these things for themselves.

It's not quite done yet, nor is it very user-friendly, but here are a few samples of some interesting cases from King County --

Example 1: The Provisional Ballots and Absentee Ballots tables for this voter shows that he cast both an absentee and a provisional ballot in November 2004 and both were counted. (photos of envelopes here)

Example 2: This voter is one of the "fatal pends" -- he hadn't signed his registration form in mid-2004, so he wasn't eligible to vote in November, but they knowingly counted his provisional ballot right before certification anyway (photo of envelope here). He was enrolled as a fully eligible voter on January 6, just in time to "reduce the difference between ballots cast and voters credited". In July the voter registation card that was mailed to him was returned by the post office as undeliverable.

Example 3: This voter is another of the Nov. 2004 "fatal pends". She was also enrolled as a fully eligible voter on January 6, 2005. She was sent an absentee ballot for the September primary, but she didn't vote it.
A diligent elections worker finally took her off the rolls on Nov. 1, 2005.

Example 4: King County Council Chairman Larry Phillips apparently no longer trusts the county to count his absentee ballot after they screwed up in November 2004. That was the last time he voted absentee. We'll remember this when he tries to push through the Council Deanron's proposal to force the rest of us to vote by mail. (The Absentee Ballot Transactions table shows how his ballot was originally rejected on Nov 4 as "NSOF" [no signature on file] and then the NSOF was cleared on Dec. 23)

1. I want to see more of these, and I know they are there: Voters who were not eligible to vote on election day, were changed to eligible on the day of a particular recount or certification, and then changed back to ineligible once their ballot had been added to the eligible pile and counted. This is proof of intentional fraud, not just widespread ineptness as they would have us believe.

3. That's fine for Larry Phillips to want to vote in person for obvious reasons, but yes---why IS he forcing everyone to risk not getting their vote counted by having to vote by mail??? And he more than most should recognize that a much bigger mess will be made with all-mail voting.

4. It's more of the same. On the right, we question why someone who is not properly registered, is allowed to vote. On the left, there are hysterical screams of disenfranchisement and every vote must be counted.

The reality is, many of the ballots counted in 2004 simply should not have been counted.

As usual, the Dems are willing to twist the law, as long as it gives them a preferential outcome.

Does anyone even remotely think there would have been the Larry Phillips Ballot Whambulance if Gregoire has been leading after the first two counts?

King County is a joke. I really do like to drop by occasionally to visit, but I am damn glad I don't live there. As bad as Pierce County is, at least we don't have Deanron.

5. The "voter" in example 2 appears to be still on the rolls after he was fraudulently put on the rolls on January 6, 2005. His status is simply "I", which I believe means "inactive."

He never registered to vote -- having not signed the oath on the registration form. So, why leave his name on the rolls as an "inactive" voter? All he would need to do is submit a ballot, and they would probably change him to "active," I suppose -- without ever going back and requiring him to sign the oath.

Another part of his transaction log is odd. How did they change him to "A" for "active" on January 6 without making the "last transaction date" January 6? How did they insert an earlier date (Dec. 29, 2004) when the change was made on January 6? Look farther down in July -- the last transaction date before changing him from "A" to "I" is December 29, 2004. January 6 doesn't show up as a transaction date, even though it was the date of the "transaction."

6. This is fantastic work. I hate to pile on, but what would it take to get Thurston County data aggregated into the mix?

This cesspool of a Greener County deserves to be scrutinized as well. I'm sure there are plenty of cheating D's the way the've dominated control down here.

7. When are the people of your state going to get off of your collective ass's? Do something about that stolen election will ya? Because you you can be sure that she is preparing to steal the next one too! Take this to the highest court in the land if you have to! At least make that she/frauds life miserable for awhile! Sure you'll lose at the state supreme court level, but that's just a step stone up to the bigs wigs anyway! I can't imagine the United States Supreme Court not taking this case! Jeez, I have never seen such pathedic in-activity about something this huge before in my life! STOP POSTING ABOUT VOTER FRAUD AND DO SOMETHING!!!! If you don't then you deserve what you get in 08. Or you can just keep pointing at the fraudulent votes if that makes you feel better, but it won't change anything.

8.
Fools,

Thank you for volunteering to monitor the votes cast in your own demise.

Just a warning: Republicans may be a bit uneasy if you look to closely at the countries THEY control.

Death mocks you.

9. Death - How's it coming with getting a life?

You obvoiusly haven't read many of the opinions on this blog about election reform. We don't care who controls the county. We want clean voter rolls. We want clean procedures for handling ballots. We want only one vote per person. We want only U.S. citizens voting.

If "Rebublican" counties don't match up to these standards, we want them to clean up their act too.

Death, get a life.

11. Democrats support Death...how appropriate. They support it and tax it. Sad but true. Hey Death..Life, you might try it. Consider it an "Alternative Lifestyle" if it makes you feel better.

13. Sounds like Death finds him/herself aligned quite nicely with the Terrorists and their goals of Jihad. Interesting that Death views him/herself as a Democrat.

14. It seems that in WA, a voter is basically more of a concept that an actual human. Once a name gets added to the voter roll, regardless of whether it's a real voter or a fraudulent representation, it's nearly impossible to get removed, and all it takes is a "refresh" of another incoming ballot to become active again.

I found that the previous owner of my house was still registered to vote in my county. I inquired with the auditor, and they said that only that person can remove the registration. I asked if submitting documents showing the title of my house in my name and my wife's would be enough proof that no other voters should be listed at our house. They said no. And, since I don't know how to contact the previous owner, there's nothing I can do to get her removed from the voter roll.

Then the auditor said that she would be removed after two cycles of having not voted. I pointed out that indeed there have been two cycles since she last voted according to Stefan's DB. Again, no response, and the previous owner is still on the voter roll.

So all a moonbat has to do to get another vote counted is find registrations that are still active, but that have not been used in a while, and they can submit a provisional. If it's close, it's doubtful that Deanron or other corrupt auditors will do the true signature verification needed to verify that indeed the person who submitted the provisional is an actual voter. Huennekens admitted to having counted many such ballots in 2004.

The system is fatally flawed. Dems like it that way. They are in power. Nothing will change.

15. JeffB,

Right you are. The system is fatally flawed. Dems like it that way. They are in power.
Given the consistent quality substance of your commets at SP I imagine that you know as well as I
that things will change. The problem is that it probably won't change as quickly or in the way we would like it to or as it "should."

Dogged determination will out, and guys like Stefan Sharkansy are doggedly determined, as well as inspired.
There is always divine intervention; for he helps those who help themselves.

Yes indeed, this place is liberal-maggot infested and hope seems lost -- but more immutable and inevitable than any other aspect of nature is change.

Thanks.

16. Amused. Thanks. Oh, I do think there will be change. But not as long as the current King County and Olympia administrations are in power. Most of the toothy and sensible election reforms proposed in Olympia were shot down. And we hear continual nonsense, such as claims that it's against Federal law to check IDs and increase election security. Meanwhile, there's the almost constant stonewalling and obfuscation from Deanron and the King County crew. The lack of meaningful reform means that the the problems will continue. I think the next big episode of the Deanron Show will be the Burner/ Reichert and Cantwell / McGavick races. If either of these races turn out to be close, you can bet the moonbats will be out in force exploting the system.

It's very pathetic. I applaud Stefan's determination, and continue to support him, but the pace of change is indeed slow.

17. Jeff B,

What potential do you think there is that the plundering of our electoral system here in Washington State might trigger an investigation based on violations of Federal Elections Laws? Unlike the last election, the coming elections will decide who sits in Federal legislative seats. I have not researched this in detail but I am certain that there are standards that would prevent Washington from peremptory abuse, misfeasance/malfeasance. Seems to me that the question is one of prosecutorial discretion on the feds part.

It would seem obvious that while our state is not technically doing anything expressly illegal (maybe, maybe not??), it is plundering any possibility of accurate and fair elections results that affect much more than the interests of our state alone.

This is not a small question -- it could involve a chain of collateral events that exposes America to its destruction by handing power back to the criminals in our society -- liberal Democrats.

18. Hey Death:

Let me guess... 41 years old, unemployed (because you don't want to sell your *valuable* labor to some conservative boss), still living at home (but you have your independance because you've moved out of your mommas house into the basement). Got a little "herb" farm in that musky basement, but the latest crop leaves much to be desired because your mom won't loan you the money to buy a new show and grow light...

Your life's just a dirty lazy downhill spiral into a meaningless void, because you don't believe in anything other than your entitlement to other people's money.

Got news for you - unless you shed your wacky leftist beliefs, and start believing in the amazing potential that God has given to every man - even you, and make something of yourself, you're on board for another 20 or 30 years of meaningless rantings and then you'll die alone and bitter.

Death, we *PITY* you...
