King County Capitulates: Alleged Double Voter is not two different people

King County Elections acknowledged in Friday's Seattle Times that the alleged double voter is really only one person, retracting an earlier claim that there were two people living in a single-occupancy apartment having identical names and signatures and whose birthdates were one day apart. The Times: "Woman allegedly voted twice in elections"

[King County Elections spokeswoman Bobbie] Egan said Wednesday the woman's name appeared twice in the voter-registration database with two different dates of birth, so it seemed there might be two voters with the same name.

Egan didn't realize on Wednesday that the woman's name had been forwarded to prosecutors, she said yesterday. She said she didn't know how election officials learned she might have cast extra ballots.

I don't know how election officials learned that she might have cast extra ballots, but I do know this:

The woman's name, Patricia A Levesque, was listed as a possible double voter in the King County GOP's July 20 public records request for documents related to duplicate registrations and double voting. Her name is also on a list of possible double voters that I e-mailed to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office on April 28. (and cc'ed Bobbie Egan and Times reporter Keith Ervin, among others)

1. Are you sure this person really exists?

It might not be a double voter at all...

2. Now doesn't Bobbie Egan work for the Elections dept????? The same dept that accuses the GOP of GRANDSTANDING and not Divulging this Info Sooner. Give me a break!!! Excuses Excuses for their own failures and misdeed (aka Fraud)

Wouldnt she be privy to the Public Records Request (July)....How about her own EMAIL BOX on April 28th????

She must have been absent that day, I hope she got a note from her mommy......

This is "blatent cover up our Arse" bull.

3. Funny how at the press conference they knew this was a mother and daughter, and now they really don't, and didn't then, know anything. They keep getting caught in their lies. I hope lots of folks are listening.

4. Correction to my above Post:

Bobbe Egan is the Spokesperson for the Election Dept. She doesn't really work "THERE", she works for "slim logan & Co".....

Being just a spokesperson doesn't make her privy to the Actual happening's going on INSIDE the Elections Dept.. I am sure her EMAIL is filtered as not not allow any "Factual" information to fill her head or to make accurate statements. Good House Training 101

5. Its all about stonewalling and damage control from KCRE.
Remember how it's was like obtaining the binder ? Deny, deny, deny - delay, delay, delay - attack, attack, attack. From the Democrat politics of personal destruction playbook.

Time to oust these jokers who are jerking the public around ! Keep being vigilant and tenacious with these people. It will pay off !

8. After you tell enough lies, it gets difficult to keep track of them all.

9. Remember everyone,

The point that Stefan has made repeatedly is that while Patricia A Levesque may have broken the law and votes twice, it was not Ms. Levesque that counted both those votes in violation of the law.

If King County Elections employees counted both her votes, and what now appears to be hundreds - if not thousands - of additional double votes, then not only do we likely have a governmor who lost last November's election, but King County Elections broke the law and denied the voters of Washington State their choice for governor.

10. It appears that Stefan can "Smoke em out", but can/will anyone "Bring em to justice"? By that I mean the whole lot, KC elections and the rest of the perps!

11. Fed Up?

I have to admit....the National Republican party's silence and inaction on Washington State's election corruption is disturbing... That the Feds are also completely ignoring this is frightening!

I'm beginning to wonder if our top two political partys have been infiltrated by communists and socialists.....Gently removing our constitutional rights as they play this good cop / bad cop game with the people....
As this corruption and obvious manipulation of our sacred voting systems become undeniable...both partys and the Federal Government become increasingly silent and seemingly impotent to stop it....And we - the people are getting screwed! The moonbats are not even aware of this manipulation.. They are just playing their role as our opposition - and actually believing their liberal crap....And we are still expecting our party or the Feds to step up and stop this madness....and no cavalry comes...

Something is very wrong...

12. Deborah - you are absolutely correct re the infiltration -- and the infiltrators are agents for foreign interests and have been for 35 years -- starting with Kiss-ass-inger -- keep your eyes on China and their buddy in the carribean

13. What I find absolutely hilarious is that KCRE will go to such great lengths to NOT give any credit to the Shark.

I for one credit Stefan with re-invigorating MY sense of outrage through his exposure of the criminal lack of basic safeguards in KCRE.

Keep up the good work. It is already beginning to pay off with the challenges.

And don't let up - even if Irons wins, we still need evidence to can the arogant incompetent fools now running the show.

14. I can't wait for KCE to claim that the election never really happened and that anyone who questions them is just a member of the vast, right-wing conspiracy. Hmm, that conspiracy line sounds kinda familiar...

15. Same old KCE crooks at it again! Cuba has more honest elections that KCE!

16. The poster child for no cavalry is US Attorney, John McKay. There's something fishy with the fact that he did not investigate Federal election law violations by King County in the 2004 election. He should probably be investigated for dereliction of duty ! I don't care if he is a Republican.

Whether Sims is ousted or not is not the point - KCE should have been assessed Federal penalties as Milwaukee, WI was for their known corruption in the 2004 election. There were Federal violations as have been documented on this blog - correct me if I am mistaken, Stefan. It is too bad that McKay cannot be recalled, unfortunately because he was appointed.

17. Folks I have 2 words to say to KCE about this.OH REALLY!! nuff said!! and my name isn't even pudster!!

18. And Dean Logan still has his job! At least as long as Ron Sims needs a race won.

Vote for David Irons!
