End game

Working toward closing arguments, Hamilton is trying to introduce into evidence driver license records in lieu of missing signatures from voter registration records. Position is that these voters' ballots should have been counted.

Noel Frame from the WSDCC is testifying to felon records they're introducing into evidence

1. How does that prove that they are registered?

2. This is outta my "universe" of expertise, but are dental retainers permanent, now? If not, someone please take that think outta her mouth.

3. I spoke too soon! It didn't take another week, only 5 minutes for them to pull up another excuse! Didn't they just establish that you don't have to be a citizen to get a driver's licence and they cannot make you prove you are if you say you are a citizen? I guess the true colors are finally showing here. And people ask me why I'm planning to move my family to Alaska when I graduate college!!!

4. Gee wizz judge we got more ballots we want to count...

5. I wonder if Prof. Adolph showed up to this trial to poll the dead voters' spouses how they voted. Komo doesn't mention anything regarding "WHO" got the dead vote.

6. Why are employees of King County engaged in work to assist the democrats in their lawsuit? Don't you taxpayers over there get upset over such things?

7. She is talking about felons who voted from Yakima. There were MANY precincts in Yakima that went for Gregoire, and I would bet those are the precincts those individuals live in.

8. So they have almost as many felons as we do on our list? That sucks. :-(

Doesn't that shoot down our chance at proportional deduction? Or can we still prevail on that basis?

9. Isn't Frame the dem shark for hire/assignment that was heavily profiled back in Dec/Jan???

She obviously is bright, but how can anyone, no matter how bright, answer so many questions as if reading off a script? There is no hesitation whatsoever.

Cross should be interesting.

10. Jarhead,

Hey, future welcome to Alaska. Just be warned, we have our own political problems and how we define Republicans and Democrats up here is a bit unique.

As to the licence records, I would guess that the Dems are trying to use the Moter/Voter law to show that illeagal votes really weren't.

Grey in Juneau

12. How could this possibly be? I read in all the local papers that Ron Sims had given KC Elections an award and that he personaly let us all know that this election was conducted with 'bank like' accuracy or something like that. If what Ron Sims was saying was not true or in any way missleading the papers would have let us all know, wouldn't they? Oh please tell me they would. They would, wouldn't they?

13. The main point is that this election was screwed up (and apparently skewed toward CG) beyond repair by KCE.

15. Korrell:

Looking at the sentencing document for this particular felon, would you read what the charge is:

Frame:

Forgery

LOL.

16. HAHA Was just about to point that out JeffB.

18. Anyone else struck by the fact that the democrats are so out of touch with mainstream voters that even in a left-liberal state like Washington, they have to enfranchise felons, illegal immigrants, and dead people just to eke out a win.

19. The liberal Dems are the Vanguard. They know better than the masses, therefore it's okay for them to manufacture votes.

20. "their list of felons"
The other day John Carlson said that the dem's list was not yet vetted, and probably rife with errors due to padding, negligence, and maybe fraud. The R's list has been triple checked, including by the Ds. So, you can bet we have many more names that will stand up in court.
