1. Woohoo! You go, Stefan!

2. Perhaps you could request complimentary tapes of your appearances to provide on your website?

3. You'll be on Kirby before David Goldstein. It will be interesting to see what denial Goldstein puppets from behind the curtain.

Goldstein's main premise, which is looking weaker and weaker all the time, is that the problems with this election are not worth worrying about, and that the law provides no recourse for anything but obvious fraud.

Of course this totally neglects RCW 29A.60.200 which expressly requires Dean Logan to verify the integrity of the information submitted to him before certifying the results. This is all the while knowing that Nicole Way was unable to generate and accurate number of absentee ballots counted.

It's going to be good to watch the last gasp of credibility evaporate from the Democrats.

Please point out the "Repeat after me: the state law requires" as found on Crokersack (with his permission and credit). They are excellent points. Second, thank you for being point on this. Third, you rock. Fourth, what was the largest county disenfranchised by the errors in this election? Point it out and hit it home. Make people feel that their vote was lost and people will charge the hill with something at risk. People need to have a sense of loss or value to fight for unlike us more visionary types.

5. What, no invite to 710AM?

6. Doubt it Paul. Their forte is fiction.

7. Dave Ross of Kiro today, laid out a compelling case that the Republicans simply have no legal case.

He did admit that one or two will likely lose their jobs, however.

8. Mark Beyer--
Great advice to Stefan--
That would certainly be great to hear...over & over again this next week.

Goldstein is too paralyzed when he gets on the air to say anything meaningful. His voice is shrill...and he's dumb too...barely knows his a$$ from a hole in the ground! Other than that he is ok.

9. Wow, Dave Ross says there's no legal case. I guess we might as well all go home.

10. Whodathunk--
The only "compelling case" Dave Ross has ever laid out is a case mumblypuke! This guy has turned into the consummate LEFTIST PINHEAD. Hell, he even looks like the stereotype Seattle Elitist with his nose in the air....and oh so self-righteous. So where did Dave Ross get his Law Degree????

Posted by: Mr. Cynical on May 19, 2005 05:03 PM
11. Dave Ross said it's over?? Well, let's just fold up the tents and go home then! (NOT)

Posted by: Michele on May 19, 2005 07:25 PM
12. I see who'd is back for more. Stick around, big fella...must be ready for another can of whupass.

13. Dave Ross, Goldy, et.al. will never admit defeat until it happens - the Dems are circling their wagons. The Republicans ? they should be sharpening their arguments and as Yogi Berra says - It ain't over until its over...

14. More pearls of wisdom from the Dave Ross think tank?...Sit down Dave (another local hack for the left).
