Dino Rossi is in Washington, DC this week, raising money for the election contest and talking to the national press.

There's this profile in today's Washington Times.

Rossi was also on MSNBC's "Connected Coast to Coast", with Ron Reagan. Blogger The Political Teen has the video

1. I got to hear Dino on Tony Snow's radio show today, on my drive back from Bellevue to Olympia. Dino was confident and very well spoken, as usual.

Sidenote - As I drove to Bellevue today to take documents to a lender, it amazed me how slow traffic was on I-405 from Tukwila to Bellevue. The thing that was most amazing was that there was a perfectly good lane, going mostly unused. Yep, the carpool lane. As I told my son who was with me, if that lane could be used for everyone, the other two lanes wouldn't have so much congestion.

2. Caught him on the Kirbert show this morning. I wonder why the sudden appearances after months of being quiet. I suppose it makes sense. I was getting tired of Vance and Berendt all the time. Loved the shark, though, and couldn't get enough of him.

It still is a huge burden to prove. The Dems seem to have counters for all of the Rs claims. The ones I hear from Berendt, though, don't make sense.

Andy asked yesterday, what is the latest time before a decision has to be made for a November election. Is the Dem strategy to delay, delay working? Just asking.

3. Dino Rossi is always so well spoken, and he always has such a huge smile. He never spouts venom, calls names, makes threats, acts angry, makes ridiculous claims, blames others (like talk show radio and bloggers). He is just larger than life, a true gentleman. I'm so proud that we elected him as our Governor.

The revalations today show great potential for fraud, and that is what they are showing. What hold cards do they have.

Go Rossi! Great momentum heading into the poitical trial of the century for Washington!
