Logan Deposition (II)

More curiosities from Dean Logan's deposition transcript.

p. 133

Q: Do you know whether King County counted any ballots cast by individuals who voted more than once?

A: I'm not aware of specific cases of that, no.

Hmm. One of our alert readers discovered a likely double voter on January 4. I reported the case to Dan Satterberg of the County Prosecutor's office and he responded on January 7:
I forwarded your information to the Elections division. They have done some research that verifies your information. They will forward the case to our office for additional investigation and a criminal prosecution review.
How could it be that at a time of intense public scrutiny of illegal voting, Dean Logan is not aware of such a clear instance of double voting? It's as if the official policy of King County Elections is to swept these incidents under the rug.

1. Ya know, I was just thinking the other day: With all this crap in King County, are we really 100% sure Jim Horn actually lost?

I'm not trying to be a sore loser here, he probably still did, but how much of the screwups could possibly have come from his district?

2. Sam Reed is lower than a RINO (Republican In Name Only). He is RINO dung. Sam Reed, a supporter of VOTE BY MAIL FRAUD with no authority, needs to answer some tough questions. I guess Vote By Mail is better then BLACKMAIL... Why else????.... Or he is a closet Progressive Leftist... Whatever

SAM, PACK YOUR BAGS!

4. If you know that a problem is out there, you do not tell your boss so he has official cover when they are deposed. I bet this happened. So Stefan you may have told Dan Satterberg, but it never was purposely elevated. So even if Dean read it here (he acknowledged reading other info here), officially he can say he did not know about it. See how tricky semantics are? Bill Clinton started it so now the DumbocRATS have their marching mantra.

Isn't Dan Satteberg's name on that 35 Page Fax recently posted as the official legal person?
NUFF SAID!!!! :0

8. "It's as if the official policy of King County Elections is to swept these incidents under the rug."

Nah. Such a thing could never be official policy. Merely unofficial practice.

9. and really, why is it that everyone else seems to know more about what's going on at KC Elections than Dean Logan himself??

Ron Sims is going to have to dump Dean Logan before the coming election next November. I really do think that looms. Sims isn't that stupid.

12. CW - I'd be curious to see the response from Sam Reed. Every time I write, I get a rather terse answer from an assistant, citing legal limitations that prevent him from doing whatever it is I am requesting. Clearly, he has somebody with a flack jacket just sending boiler plate answers to the voters. Don't expect a quick answer, either. That doesn't mean we shouldn't keep peppering them with e-mails, though. I say bury these folks with our requests and complaints!

13. Q: Do you know whether King County counted any ballots cast by individuals who voted more than once?

A: Of course not. I haven't got a clue about anything we counted here in King County. It's not our job to keep track of ballots, and voters, and counting, and stuff. Besides, this was a record breaking election and we did better than in previous years and no one has challenged these ballots and ...
