1. No way man... I was always told that Democrats were the party for the "working poor" and Republicans were the party of the "rich." Oh wait, it was always Democrats who told me that.

2. I have an idea, we go down to Occidental Park and take each of the 'KC residents' we find there and accompany them to the nearest banking establishment and provide them with enough green to open a checking account in their name, then have them do so. After receipt of their checks in about two weeks, at their mail drop (KC Elections office I presume), we could hang out down there give each of them who signs up as a ‘Table Sponsor’ and puts their check in the mail a bottle of fortified wine. What a hoot it would be.

3. Revote signs....ooh, good idea! It's on my birthday. But that could be a fun way to spend a few minutes of it!

4. Say--they better invite Cheryl Scott. I hear she has money.

5. Geez, look at those amounts!

As my old man would say, "They sure don't mess around with foreplay!"

6. I'd be happy to get .2% of that. They'd still get to keep 99.8%. A rate of accuracy good enough for Sims' Savings and Loan.

7. Democrats are Party of the poor. How can they pay for such amount?

8. I think we should make a play on the acronym of the venue: WAC. We could write up all the WAC's that KC Elections has violated on a poster...

9. Maybe it's supposed to be a "Victory Celebration" of the trial ruling. (Or, more likely, to raise money to move.)

10. A shakedown that even Jesse Jackson would be impressed by.

11. If I pay to attend the "luncheon" will I get to count it as a contribution to a Democrat? I need to make sure I appear non-partisan.

12. Man... I've heard about this "Mother's Milk of Politics" thing... but it look's like they want to round up an entire herd!

14. Is this one of the events on Fraudoire's "healing tour" that I heard about? Haven't heard much about that sham lately. Although from those prices, it looks more like a heeling tour, as in well-heeled. Fraudoire can sell enough of those 10-bill Major Sponsor tickets to get really well-heeled. What is the title of the speech? Something about how to steal elections by recounting enough times, I suppose.

15. Why not take photos of those arriving for the event and then post them on a website. Perhaps they can be identified. No doubt it will be a who's who's of those living in the greater Puget Sound area.

16. JDH: "we could hang out down there give each of them who signs up as a ‘Table Sponsor’ and puts their check in the mail a bottle of fortified wine"

Thunderbird?

Since they claim to be the party of the "working poor," I think they should be a little more tolerant of the "non-working poor." They should give our Thunderbird-toting friends free seats at the table. Afterall, it's all abou them, right?

17. Can't wait--must go. Hey--was that event held at a Tent City to show solidarity with the downtrodden? Hmmm..a table of TC Residents should run you how much? Would they have to bus their own tables or make taxpayers do it?

18. Hold it at a Tent City to show solidarity and be "inclusive." Can you imagine the valet parking? Would TC Residents have to bus their own tables or have taxpayers do it?
