Gregoiretoons

Larry Countryman, the Snohomish City Councilman who graced us with a similar cartoon a couple months ago, has now passed on a whole slew of Gregoiretoons that are worth checking out. Check out the rest over at The Flag of the World.

1. If it's such a model, X-tine, then why are you having a task force for election reform???

4. I imagine it will be quite hillarious when after the case is thrown out by the Supreme Court you face, Stephen, starts ciruclating in cartoons.. I will laugh alot...

5. jpgee - cartoons of Stefan would be a good thing. He would become even better known as a result and the corrupt politicians, like Gregoire, would be even more afraid of his watchful eye during elections.

I know that is upsetting for the totalitarians in Seattle that would prefer to be able to rule of the state by stealing elections. But, sorry dude, the reign of corruption is coming to an end.

6. Are there any cartoons of sore losers beating a dead horse? That's far funnier, albeit pathetic.

7. That cartoon captures the truth in symbolism. Everything shown there was attempted, by the Dem. Machine, of which CG is a big part of. They will never admit the need for a new election/ they are propped up by fraud and will die by it also.

Sore losers beating a dead horse ? you must be speaking of AlGore.

8. Sore loser beating a dead horse would be great!

Make as many cartoons as you can come up with, as derrogatory as you can come up with.

It just makes Stefan more famous and his following will grow even more than it has already.

The end result will be cleaner elections and elected officials with credibility. Currently, we have an illegitimate governor and thus we do not have the rule of law. Any statute she signs into law will not be respected until a legitimately elected official is put into office and signs it.

9. DeadManVoting (aka Iguana) you mean the rule of corruption is comming to an end in reality? Thank the Lord. GW is retiring from steering our country into self destruction.....dammmm that makes me happy, thanks for the info

10. Yes, jpgee, as with bad things, all good things must come to an end.

May I suggest Gregoire beating a Dead Donkey (Democrat-Mascot)as she was unable to get her way on the 1st 2 counts?

12. if she stays in this is going to be the most miserable governorship ever. She probably already has an ulcer. (I don't wish that on her) She would have been better off consenting to a revote.

13. Gregoire probably knows that this is her last run in an elected office. If she is lucky (or unlucky - depending on a person's view) she will probably try to go out in a blaze of glory. As her approval ratings remain low (for a democrat in WA State), as polls continually demonstrate she would lose in a new election, and (at best or worst - again, dependent on one's view) she survives a full term as a (questionably elected) appointed Governor she will most certainly face an onslaught of negative publicity in the next Governor's election.

Does she really wish she would have opted for a revote? I think that she was so driven by her own ambitions, that she would have stopped at nothing to obtain the mansion. In the end (whether she chooses to believe this or not), she has cost herself a decent reputation and furthering her own political career (perhaps to the national level).

I will never forget the day that I was walking in a crosswalk in a parking garage to work in the City of Olympia and a car came speeding at me. As I leapt out of the way, the car stopped. As I looked up, there was "then Attorney General" Gregoire looking back. I was stunned as I was nearly hit (as she was well exceeding the 20 MPH speed limit) by the AG. However, I was more stunned as (instead of apologizing) gave me a dirty look and sped off. This however is (sadly) consistent) with her behavior during the campaign as well as in her new role as acting-gov. She appears to have very little regard for the people and demonstrates the same "outta-my-way" type of attitude that she showed me one-on-one in a parking garage that she is showing this state.

In the end I feel sorry for this state, but I guess I also kind of feel sorry for her.

14. Face it - the Temporary Governor was swept into office by a corruped election. The evidence is there- King County became a corrupt bastion over the last several years. It was decent before, when Bob Bruce had Dean Logan's job, back in the days when they had 27 irreconcilible votes - instead of 3600 or thereabouts. However, Bob Bruce was forced out by Ron Sims, who showed that he was corrupted by power when he started hiring partisan hacks (along with a convicted felon in a high ranking election official position).

They ignored potential problems which became worse, then hired Dean Logan - who in all fairness, did alot of hand waving but did not address existing problems, in fact they became worse. Logan was recommended by his former boss, Sam Reed - which doesn't speak highly of Reed.
See the connection ? Mediocrity prevails, but it also spills over into corruption and voter fraud in King County. Subject them all to lie detector tests ! This case is ready to be cracked open - and after that, the Feds will do their investigation. Ask the trolls pointed questions back at them and watch them slink back into the woodwork or ignore them, for they are ignorant of what they speak. Have faith - the system can work !

15. Name, if you're concerned enough to post, can't you at least say who you are or is the truth too frightening to reveal?

Might you be the recently-outed-as-a-city-of-Bellevue-employee DPK????

16. Liberals don't seem to have a sense of humor. Too consumed with hate. Too willing to lie, steal and cheat. What a pathetic bunch. Interesting how they adore the Bush hating liberal cartoonists. Funny how socialism can burn out your sense of humor.

Keep up the good work Stephen. You da man!

17. flexnfx -- Fatal mistake -- never - ever - feel sorry for the enemy - they are the enemy by their own premediatated doing and means - and intend to stay in that position - they sure as hell have no sympathy for people that would feel sorry for them -- NO MATTER WHAT THEY MAY SAY - as they crush those same people under their heels
