1. You sure you're going to be able to talk to Hugh? He's sick, and sounded like death on the show tonight. But maybe the victory of forcing Eason Jordan's retirement will cheer him enough to join you.

2. So when do you think I can get an interview with you to put online?

3. It's gonna be a big, really big shoe...

4. My word!

I haven't heard of a station 'KOL' since I was a teenager!

I'll be listening!

5. I would like to add that Stefan is a giant tool.

And I will defend that statement in open court.

Period.

Signed,

Ben

6. Still bitter about Gore losing in 2000, Ben?

7. Very informative interview by Stefan with Hugh Hewitt. Blogs are indeed the new media as explained in his new book "Blogs". This week, the blogs had a leading role in forcing Eason Jordan, CNN to resign by alerting the MSM and they eventually went after the story.

Hewitt also laid out a plan for a "blogger swarm" come election time in Nov. 2006 for the US Senate seat currently held by Cantwell. Good stuff !

8. HorsesAss.Org Take a spin over and post. Lots of commie lib Democrats crying about this and that. Lots of fun to shake them up! JCH

9. I heard one comment -- I think it was made by Vance -- that the contested election may be decided in March or so.

When is the next court hearing?

10. I visited horsesass.org and am convinced. They are running scared. They are so running scared.

And all their bluff and big hateful talk is precisely why the democrats lost big time in November.

11. I'm so glad that I find only small peaceful talk on this page.

12. Micajah and others who may be wondering:
I listened to the show, and what I heard Chris Vance say (paraphrasing a bit) was:

(1) He expected there would be some more action this "next week" (in court, I assumed he meant; but that is a bit of an assumption on my part).

(2) I was quite clear that March some time was when Chris thought it would go to trial.

(3) Was also quite clear that Chris said his birthday is 1 May, and he hoped it would be decided by / before then.

.... so over and decided by the end of APRIL, if we are lucky, is the way I heard it.

13. Follow-on confirmation to prior "when does the Election Contest get cranked up":
David Ammons has a fairly long piece entitled "Rossi's longest wait" up today:

http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/local/aplocal_story.asp?category=6420&slug=WA%20Ammons%20on%20Politics

He quotes Dino in several places in the above piece; and then sez (although no quote marks around this one):
==========================================

Rossi expects a five-day March trial in Wenatchee, followed by a hurry-up appeal to the high court by the losing side. He expects a speedy decision by the nine justices.

14. Erik,
In general, the tone by the contributor here is more courteous than that on horsesass.org

15. Probably the most interesting thing I heard from Vance in that interview was that he expected some court action possibly next week, and that new felon totals would be released, but more importantly that they were going to provide correspondance from King County elections e-mails "that show what they knew and when".
Sounds to me like there could be some very damning evidence finaly coming to light.

18. KS, (or anyone else) how will the 'Blogger Swarm' Hugh Hewitt mentioned work in the Cantwell race?

Posted by: Michele S on February 13, 2005 11:50 PM
19. Michele,

IMHO, we can help to dispell the spin and campaigning that the MSM has already enbarked upon in Cantwells behalf.

As anyone else noticed that for about the last year and a half Cantwell seemed invisible while Murray was running for re-election? Since then we hear about Cantwell at least 3 times a week. Suspicious, or just plain typical?

Perhaps we should start tracking here voting records and stances to provide a record of what she has really been doing.
