I was just talking with some guys who were poll watchers today and they tell me that there were hundreds of "provisional ballots" cast in just the few precincts in Seattle they were watching. Some of these were given out improperly to people without valid ID. There must be thousands of these statewide. With the margin in the governor's race as small as it is, these provisional could make the difference.
