The Seattle Monorail Project still refuses to release the details of the sole bid to build the Monorail.

As the article notes, it's obvious that if the bid were favorable to the Monorail project, which is up for a revote next week, the SMP would be "trumpeting the contents".

Conclusion: the whole thing sucks. Vote YES on I-83 to kill the Monorail so we can all move on and focus on something more practical.
