Kudos to the Shark

If you didn't make it to the Downtown Seattle Republican Club dinner last night (with featured guest Michael Medved) you missed out. The room was full, the Sharkansky/Medved interview was witty and substantive, the conversation was delightful, and several local and state candidates were on hand to talk business.

No need to let the liberals control Seattle when freedom-loving citizens can plot together to restore and defend the principles that made our country great.

If you're not involved yet, you should be.

1. Thanks, Marsha!

For eveyone else's benefit, I should note the local candidates who came to the event:

Chris Washington, for King County Superior Court

Mark Griswold, for State House of Representatives in the 43rd District

Carol Cassady, running for Congress against Baghdad Jim McDermott.

representatives for George Nethercutt for Senate Rob McKenna for Attorney General, and the Bush/Cheney campaign also spoke.

And finally, Marsha Richards explained why I-884 is such a bad idea for both the economy and the public education system.
