UPDATE: Andy held his own against Hizzoner, who by the way, chose to focus on promises about the future and sidestepped any discussion of how the last 14 years and $138 million of levy funds were spent and what was accomplished. That's par for the course from the levy campaign and for good reason -- why talk about your record when it's resoundingly unimpressive?
